Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum is the best thing about this college. The curriculum is designed in such way that it helps the students to produce the maximum output and achieve their goals.the curriculum is designed to have lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions. In lecture the concept is cleared by discussing every tiny details of the topic.every faculty vividly discusses the concepts of the topic and explains in the simplest words possible for our young minds to grasp. In the tutorial session, a faculty is designed to solve problems framed by the department of each specific subject. In the tutorial session we are given a tutorial sheets which contains the questions. This questions are highly useful for the exams and doubts are also taken in the tutorial session.we have three exams in each semester with a time interval of roughly 1 month between each of them. The first and second tests are of 20 marks and the easiest while the third and final exam is of 35 marks.internal consists of 30 marks.

Internships Opportunities

3

The internship opportunities in campus are pretty low.But off campus every year many students get hired from our college with good stipends.student from jaypee crack internship in big tech giants like google,Microsoft etc with stipend over 100000.summer trainings are provided by the college to grab internship opportunities

Placement Experience

4.5

As compared to other private colleges, this college has a pretty decent placement record. Companies like Amazon,Microsoft visit the college. Some of the mid-level companies also visit the college for campus recruitment.the average package of the college is 8 lakh.the highest package this year was 1.15 crore by Amazon EMEA. more than 96 percent of the students gets placed from the college. My plan after completion of the degree is to get good job in a reputed company

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for each semester is quite high as compared to other private colleges .The fee is subjected to increase every year and along with the hostel fees.the fee also increase with each semester starting with 1,18000.the total fees of the course along with the hostel fees is roughly around 20 lakh.scholarship is provided to wards of jaypee employees,SC/ST and TFW students which comes with a criteria that they need to maintain a required CGPA.the scholarship is withdrawn if the CGPA criteria is not met. There is no such thing as campus employment in the college, there is only volunteering works which people do for free to get certificates and be involved in the college

Campus Life

4

the college has two campuses each having their own fests.for 62 campus it's impressions and for 128 its converge.the fests include multiple events, game shows ,DJ nights and Artist nights, but the artists invited are not much popular so the fests are not much enjoyable.the institution has great library with huge collection of books over a variety of subjects,Apart from physical books it also has E-books.Each classroom is equipped with fully functional projectors and air conditioner for a seamless classroom experience.the college has various clubs and societies each having their own motto.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostel is okay I would say.each room is given to two students.each room is equipped with air conditioner but it works only from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.eavey room has a bed,a study table, shelf,a balcony, and a cupboard.hot water is provided during winters.mattress is given by them.the food quality is the worst part.the mess has only veg menu and the quality is the worst.the allocation of hostel is given on the basis of first come first priority.the hostel fees is 100000 per month. after 1st year most of the students together rend out a flat or PG.There are plenty of PG and flats available around the college locality

Admission

The eligibility is given below The candidate must have passed 10+2 with an aggregate percentage of 60 per cent and passed in all of the subjects. The admission is given by two modes namely, JEE mains and class 12 score. To get admission you need to register in the website, pay the registration fee submit the registration form and then wait for their mail. the application fee is Rs. 1500. they have a separate physical counseling which is held at JIIT Noida, sector 62 in which seats are allotted as per merit of the students. The four universities of Jaypee have a common counselling process. The frequency of the exmas per semester is three. the first two exams have easy to moderate difficulty and the third exam has hard difficulty. the admission process can improved by conducting an online counseling process as for many students it is quite difficult to travel and attend physical counseling.

Faculty

3.5

the faculties are very highly educated and qualified. They are all graduated from either IIT, NIT, or other reputed private engineering colleges. They have a very in-depth knowledge of their respective fields. All of them have at least a master's degree and most of them have a doctorate. They teach seamlessly in the class Paying attention to class and revising before exams are enough to score good grades. Every teacher has their unique way of teaching students.some of them teach by using slides while other prepare their own notes.whenever you have any doubt you can ask them in the class ,in their cabin or contact them directly, they are always accessible.there are pretty decent number of professors in each department keeping in mind the number of students.

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .
