This is one of the best engineering colleges in Tamilnadu and this college famous for Aero, mechanical, Hindustan College of Engineering, started in 1985 and was given the "University Status" by UGC, Government of India, Under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 from the academic year 2008-09 and under the name HITS (Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science).HITS is one among the top engineering Institutions in Tamil Nadu, reputed for its highly qualified and experienced faculty and excellent infrastructural facilities for curricular and extracurricular activities, the University has maintained enviable academic excellence right from its inception.

Excellent curriculum College is good, faculties are amazing. Infrastructure is good. Good infrastructure and good teaching, multiple courses are offered BTech, MTech, MBA, PGDM, MBBS, BDS, MDS, B.pharma. Sports facility good hostel facility teachers are very helpful it is near Delhi also so one can easily travel.

I don't know that much about internship but college provides internship teaching facilities are the good one of the best in India I would've given it five.

Our dean (Venkat sir ) and HOD (Rajeswari Ma'am) are very supportive. Recently the ACMICPC Nationals was held in Hindustan University which is the biggest coding competition in the world. We also have programming and testing club in partnership with code chef and code trust. Codetrust employs the club members are freelancers. The other club under the department is novelty and Android Club.

Hindustan provides scholarship who got good marks in 12th class. The scholarship is like this 80 to 90 percent marks 25% scholarship and 90 to 96 50% and 95 to 100 75% scholarship.

The accommodation, dining, indoor/outdoor games and round the clock security facilitates a safe and comfortable stay on campus and is conducive for students to effectively pursue their academic assignments as well as recreational hobbies in multiple spheres. Girls Hostel Kasturba Hostel on triple sharing basis with an option for bath attached AC rooms/triple rooms.

Yes, seniors very helpful in our college Wonderful atmosphere. The place you will cherish with a lot of memories, I learned a lot not only subject about life. My experience at this college was beautiful. You get to know many people's from diff states. Staff are friendly and helping. Regarding the Campus, I would say it totally depends on your talent, but college brings enough companies from all sector. If you want to study as well as enjoy your college life than institutions which only make you study and nothing else. I would highly recommend you here as a 2018 passed-out, you have a lot of opportunities to build urself into a better human.

Average exam structure We have a good helpful, qualified group of faculty members to help us through studies. The course curriculum is a bit boring but essential too. A load of academics is very less compared to other college and hence students can carry on their interest in sports and extracurricular activities. Mechanical department is well established and has been operating for over 30 years. The staff in my department are generally good, with some having exceptional knowledge in their field of specialization while others are alright or just underwhelming. The classes are well maintained and labs have good facilities and equipment to impart practical knowledge to the students. The library is fantastic and provides a wonderful atmosphere for students to sit and be engrossed with their books. The campus is green and is quite a nice place to roam around in. There are two canteens in our university which serve decent food, although they are a little expensive compared to shops outside the campus. The hostel isn't great nor is it well maintained.

I have qualified in Hindustan entrance exam, I got a call from college management to join college without donations and they offered me 50 percent scholarship. They treat well in merit scholarship good environment to for your UG and PG graduation. The university helps to come out with your innovative skills and ideas. The staffs will be always there to help.

Sports facility good hostel facility teachers are very helpful. A very pleasant environment to study and good teaching I'm a mechatronics student over there. Lab facilities are pretty well but bit expensive according to fees.
