Course Curriculum Overview

Subjects in MCA are really good there are so many things to learn in MCA. The first semester is a bit tight but it is very basic but in the second semester you will get so many things to learn. The campus is also good overall subject is nice and at last, it's up to you how you perform.

Placement Experience

If I talk about placement TCS is the highest recruiter in OIST. It comes two times in a single year for select students.

College Events

OIST text fest its 3 days festival which is very very good there are so many things to do in the fest and the level of competition is very high some events like treasure hunt talent start light, Kai Po Che, roadies, mock parliament these are very amazing events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The basic fee structure is 40,000rs per year but oriental also gives us scholarship based admission in which you only have to pay 5000rs and than rest fee will be deducted for your scholarship and few more small charges they take like fest fee, semester fee etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I take a scholarship from the college, therefore, I just paid 5000rs per year. Other than that few registrations fees.

Campus Life

Life of oriental is really good we became an orientalist after joining this family. The gender ratio in college pretty good its a very good environment for girls, their labs are nice, the sport is not so good but other activities are awesome. They give few workshops also for students.

Alumni/Alumna

Our interaction with our serious was not so good because we did not get too much time for interaction.

Admission

My friend gives me an idea to join oriental college. After that, I start searching about OIST than I find good reviews in Collegedunia also and when I talk to my other friends they also told me that it is a very nice college, there other activities like college fest are really awesome.

Faculty

Faculties are very familiar with us sometime they get angry but their teaching technique is very nice. they take their, classes, very seriously but on the other hand, they also interact with students in a very good manner they also provide hand made notes for exams which is very good.

Story of government colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a tech geek I like to work on computer or designing programs . The course was a ladder for my dreams but I come from a middle family and after searching a while I found that it's more suitable for me to study in a government college due to financial condition. They taught us well what was in our syllabus, I think if there were smart classes that should add a plus point in the college after all a course about computer applications and while teaching computers are not included sounds bad . Exams and tests were conducted time to time and as the course ascends exams get quite difficult.

Write now i am in first semester, but from the 3rd sem there would be companies coming for us too . In betch session 2024 students of CS are getting placed with package of 12 LPA , the average package of College is 3.2 Lakh , and most of the students of MCA from previous batch got 3-4 LPA package. Life at OIST, Bhopal

I applied to OIST after reviewing many other colleges in Bhopal, under which comes LNCT, TIT and SIRT. Personally, to me OIST seemed like a better option, because it found that it provided good opportunities in terms of placements, quality of education, support from faculty, and financially as well. I was not rejected from other colleges but my preferred branch was not offered to me, hence I had to look for other options as well. At OIST, the admission process is quite smooth since admission can be done through JEE counselling or through MP DTE counselling as well.
