College campus is quite big and filled with greenery
Faculty members are very helpful and also very experienced
Playground size is quite big for all types of sports . Indoor games also available

Dislikes

There is no fest for the new students and also no such type of activities are conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course bcom Hons is very common now a days but they have started vocational Hons to save time of around one year as compared to normal bcom Hons. Also these days most students opt for vocational programs rather than normal Hons program.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 57000 per year

Placement Experience

The average pakage of this college is around five lakhs per annum which is quite good when compared to the amount of fees we give to the college. Though having only ug degree is not beneficial for this competitive world.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is less as compared to other colleges which provides vocational programs and courses. Other colleges takes minimum of around 90000 rupees but this college takes an average of 55000 rupees which is quite affordable.

Campus Life

You can find various types of clubs in this college which will help a student in uplifting of the personal skills. The campus is filled with greenery and also have very big ground for outdoor sports and also have an indoor games area

Admission

Filling up of form is quite easy and takes very less time and talking about entrance test, it was a moderate paper that people with some reasoning skill can clear the paper easily. But there are some courses in which giving entrance test is not needed but for those course in which entrance test is mandatory they also have to give interview after clearing the entrance test.

Faculty

The faculty members are very helpful and also helps students to cope up with the lessons and also if anyone needed help they also provide their personal phone number for any assistance and help. Almost all the teachers give their personal experience towards the corporate work and also helps us in choosing our career.

Semester 3,4 students become eligible for campus placement but I think last year mostly companies were visit in the college and companies like TCS, bajaj Finserv, icicibank etc. Average package 3-5 lakh, and highest package 10 lakh

Placement Experience:

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

Our goal is to be courteous and appropriate and these guidelines are flexible.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Concentrix, reliance jio, Yamaha motor Pvt Ltd, v Poddar, and associates, etc visited my college for placement the offers made of about in starting 20000 to 30000 salary will be given. The highest package is of 100000 and average package is of 50000 they offers. 80 percent of students getting placements. My plan is to get job in one of these companies after getting the degree.

Remarks:

This college is near to my home and have good reputation in commerce. Its a renowned college for commerce. The fees is also very less here. The maximum fees here is 2000 yearly. There is no need for entrance exam here if you want to join UG or PG. But you have to give entrance for vocational courses. For entrance you should have just scored 60-70% in your previous board exam. This is the most driving factor to take admission here.

My memorable journey of St. Xavier's, College, Ranchi.

For my course, selection was done on the merit basis. Any student who has completed his high school with 90+ marks in English was eligible for this course. The application form, fees, and dates, everything is appropriately available on the college's website. Yes, if you belong to ST/SC you are given reservation and relaxation in the cutoff. Exans are held regularly in a proper manner. The difficulty level of the exams conducted are moderate to high.
