Likes

Facult and study environment is best. Faculty is experienced and supportive.
Library is so well planned and having so many books.

Dislikes

Campus is so small. Less greenery and other essential things.
No fest and freshers for students. Mostly focused on academic. Also hostel room is so less that many can't opt it and have to live inoutside PG and hostels l.

Course Curriculum Overview

B Tech is one of the best cource to opt here in JSS as it focus on academic more hence it has a better placement record as compare to other colleges in AKTU university. Also so many technical society are available to grow up yourself by participating in their events.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 117000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is as followed 1st year academic fee is 121000 and then we have semester fee of 7500. More over some amount is taken during the admission after counclling. And hostel. Wifi charges is free.

Campus Life

Campus life is not that much good as the campus is too small. Cafeteria is big. So many clubs are here having event and project for student. Technical society are also their to grow yourself. Talking about infrastructure , not all classes has projector in 1st year, no ac or charging port is provided.

Admission

I take admission in JSS through uptac counclling. The cutoff for B.tech cse branch for general was 79k and for obc is was like 89k. And other core branches like mechanical and civil has cutoff of over 4lakh and 5lakh.

Faculty

Mostly faculty members and master's graduates and all are having experienced of at least 10 years and HOD is also having so much years of experience. They help students in their project and academic . So much support from the faculty.

A Student's Perspective : The Real Galgotias Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Curriculum provides a good understanding of the subject at a moderate level with good clarity. If the student wants to appear for any competitive exam like GATE, he/she had to self-study a little bit more for the advanced part and score decent grades. The concept of Interactive learning is also introduced in our university, where it's the students who have to interact with themselves, perform group discussion, give their answers and views to teachers and the whole class. Teachers often give tasks to students to explain certain topics of the subject to gain a better understanding and build confidence.

Placement Experience:

The average placement for btech cse is 4-5 lpa. Student from 2nd year are eligible for internship opportunity and from 3rd year onwards they are available for placement opportunity as per company norms. Many company visits our campus like tcs, infosys, mahindra, hcl, samsung, microsoft etc... . The highest package till now is of 1CR. About 90-95% is the placement rate. My plan after getting my degree is to get the job and later on go for the Mtech

The Crispy Reality of BBDU Lucknow

Placement Experience:

After 3rd , means in 6th semester students became eligible for placement. Companies lile TCS, INFOSYS, GRAB and many more came into University. The highest package was 10 lakhs and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. About only 40 % student got selected in In-campus placement. I would go in machine learning field and decided to go for research and my dream to in DRDO as a data analyst or in Reasersch.

Bad college for BTech

Placement Experience:

Placements are very bad in our college. Now good tech companies visit here due to bad performance of students in selection rounds. The highest package was 26 lpa(off campus) achieved by a student who cracked GSOC other highest package is around 10-12lpa and average is around 3-4 lpa. Around 60-65% students are placed. I'll look for off campus placements

our college does not provide a good on campus placement,but our students got good placements off campus on the basis of their skiils. from 7th semester students are eligible for placement in our college. 18 companies visited and 102 offers made. highest package was 31 lacs and average package is 8.5 lacs. 30-40% getting placements. my plan is to crack gate exam and got into some other college for my masters.
