Course Curriculum Overview

The subjects are good and very much relevant to the industary standards, the diffuclty level is normal. Teaching method should be improved here. The subjects here from 3rd sem are to be selected by the students themselves according to there interests so its helps in decision makinh

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As i was in open category i had fees for all four years amof about 1 lakh 40 thousand. Which included tution fees majorly and other small club fees such as sports and all. They do give financial assistance and scholarships to about 90% for various categories

Campus Life

Yes the campus life was above average as the college had grounds, 3 big turfs, gym, a separate vollyball ground a basketball court and good amount of indoor sport activities and also had various clubs with cateen good environment

Admission

The admission process was a bit okay but when there is bad management. Admission process if okay and cutoff is around 70 percentile application form will be in student section and they provide prospectus. Exams are okay not that difficult and conducted 3 times in a semester. Needs to improve teaching staff

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy.
