Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It was my friends during my plus two years influenced me into this curriculum and provided my basic knowledge for the preparations and they bought me multiple text books for the preparations and we all were in the same spirit to acquire maximum marks in the exam and I scored a maximum of 575 marks in my first exam and following a year complete study on the same made me score a mark of 650. Mbbs curriculum is a bit older than we expect the first year has 3 main subjects they are anatomy physiology and biochemistry of which anatomy so much interesting.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Their exist a one year house surgency posting following the 4.5 year long curriculum and which is done in the same college itself with monthly payment of 26000. This is a period of study of all the departments and to choose a field for the future studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The entire course is a five year duration which yearly 27000 rupees are to paid to the respective health ministry and this vary for each state. Their exist multiple scholarship policies by government and non governmental organization but governmental scholarships are more secure but at present the duration for the fund to sanction is too long than expected. Along with this hostel fee of 500 which include rent current bills and water bill are to be paid monthly along with this a separate mess bill is to paid. Following a 4.5 year entire course their is a period of one year of housesurgency which is a paid duration of about 26000 rupees is provided for the following during this period all the departments will be having posting and our real field can be selected

Campus Life

3.5

This profession provide a completely awesome experience of study. The initial 3 years is so simple so that we get enough time to study and also to be involved into different activities and the college provide a series of festivals and events which make the course less tiring and more easier and the college provides multiple club activities and sport and extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The government hostel facilities are of basic features and the hostels are so aged and under immediate renovation but as they are government properties these procedures require a longer duration than we expect. The one I live is having a 50 years of age. The hostels are not for all but for the majority of the students it is given to those who have approached earlier.

Admission

Anyone who had completed the plus two exams have the eligibility to contest in the entrance exam which require a prior authentication and verification procedure with a 2500 rupees application fee which normally occur during mid yearly. their exist multiple reservation options for SC st OBC ews sections of the community which make them easier to enter into a medical college. The neet exam is an yearly occuring process which is now been written by more than 20 lakh student during the year 2024 which is the present record . The exam is a 3 hour procedure which is a 720 mark total exam posses 3 different subjects they are physics chemistry and biology which is to be studied from the ncert text book

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a bit tough rather than other courses (professional courses) MBBS is a 4 year course with 1 year compulsory internship dealing with a total of 13-4 subject over the 4 years The curriculum prepares us for the real world experiecne but more often the clinical subjects aim in patuent student interaction that overall help in the achievemnt of professionalism The frequency if exams are very high as there needs to be regular revision of subjects in order to prepare for the finals and perfect in all clinical theory and oractical aspects

Reviewed on Nov 30, 2024(Enrolled 2021)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is of high relevance as it ensures that the student learns everything he need to learn in an mbbs life to become a good doctor. The curriculum we are now following is decided by the National Medical Council (NMC) of India and is CBME curriculum. The curriculum include many Self directed learning methods and small group discussions etc which makes the learning interesting and easy. The curriculum definitely prepares the students to become a good doctor in future. Some minute improvements are still required like no need of these many SGDs for community medicine and forensic. It'll be better to include more field activities in community medicine . The frequency and timing of exams are sometimes a burden for the students as the exams are so close and they are not getting enough time to improve themselves which may affect their confidence. Sometimes the exams are scheduled in between some meets conducted by university which makes it difficult for the students to participate.
