Course Curriculum Overview
The course I opted is MBBS , Its quite difficult in terms of the syllabus . Its a 5.5 yr course along with the internship process. Faculties are well educated and trained MD doctors . The university will conduct yearly examination after each year .
Internships Opportunities
After 4.5 years of mbbs course we have to do a year of internship at the college hospital itself. We are provided with a stipend of rupees 10k at that time . Internship includes postings in every department pf medicine .
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete course fee will be approximately 40-45 lakhs. There are also various scholarships available for backward castes and economically weaker societies. After 4.5 years there will be a year of Internship .
Campus Life
The campus is pretty good in terms of academic and other cultural activities. There will union day , college day programmes . Sports and extracurricular activities are also given equal importance along with the academics
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are clean and pretty good . Hostel food is not that bad and hygienic . Hostel rent os almost 115000 for a year . I think its not that worth much . Registration to the hostel is done along with the admission.
Admission
Eligibility is 50 percentage in 12th grade Admission is through NEET entrance test , Application details are available on NTA website NEET UG exams are of 720 marks , the cutoff for my college was about 510 in general category. Difficult level is moderate but the competition is very high due to less amount of seats. Admission process is quite slow and takes time
