Sonia Sunny's Review On Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College Of Engineering - [CRCE], Mumbai

The college is extremely good for people who want to educate themselves and get a good job.College also contributes towards a students overall development.

This college is one amidst the most reputed colleges around navi Mumbai.Its known for its strict teaching technique and on campus recruitments.A place where knowledge meets students.This college is near to my residence which is yet another reason for selecting this college.It claims 100% placement which is completely reassuring to the students.

The syllabus completely defines the latest education provided by Maharashtra state board.Here everything that we learn in classroom is thoroughly implemented in practical labs.The changing syllabus is implemented in books and that helps in being updated with the current research and education.

Our college doesn't provide internships but is definitely ok with students attending interships outside college.

Our college claims 100% placement and its certainly true.Since i am myself placed into TCS and all other students in the class are also placed before the completion of graduation.The job offered by college ranges from 10 lakh a year for the oil company,SHELL to many companies with minimal 3 lakhs .

Our college holds two fests every year.One at the start of the semester,FACES which is held in college level wherein we get to participate in games and events like singing, dancing.The second in year is ETAMAX which is held during the months of February which is on a intercollege level.

The fee structure is on an average affordable in comparison with the fee structure of any equivalent degree.On approx fee in an year is one lakh thirty thousand.The fee structure includes tuition fees and lab fees including the stationary items fee.The fee structure has changed from the start of the graduation.

Our college offers and supports various kinds of scholarships.I have myself been rewarded with scholarship money from the past 3 years from national scholarship portal for minority category.

Campus life is extremely chilled and at the same time Carrier oriented.Regarding extracurricular activities we get to participate in college fests and various robotics events held in intercollege fests.Labs have latest technologies including computers and laptops.

The hostel facility and mess food is good enough.Hostellites get to eat chicken dish once a week.They have a healthy breakfast ,lunch and dinner.They need to come back to college premises within 7 pm.Each room on an average has 2 students residing in it.

Alumni network is extremely supportive and is a major reason for growth on an average.Seniors are extremely friendly and helpful.They help us in our final year projects with respect to their experience.

Exams are held once in a month so that gives us enough time to study and for each subject we get one day leave minimum.We have 2 unit tests and 1 prelim and then University exam in a semester.The exams are quite easy since we are trained enough to pass them out.

I got the admission in this college with due respect to the marks obtained in 12th grade and also JEE entrance exam.Since i belong to minority category i had the privilege of getting into computer department based on the marks that i scored in JEE entrance exam.

The faculty in our college is known for its strict and high education.The first year faculty which is known as humanities department is strictest amongst any department.The faculty is completely involved in completing the due course within a due date.
