Likes

Good infrastructure and friendly environment
Best library that provides good range of books
It also provides digital library and very vast ground with NCC

Dislikes

Placements aren't good enough and the packages are low
No proper internship opportunities provided
Our dept doesn't have many good electives we can choose and its mostly given by HOD preference

my parents forced me to join in this college since its nearby to my house and i didnt opit this couse out of interest. the circulum is good enough to prepare for real world applications but there isn't much electives you can choose it's completely bassed on HOD choice (chem dept)and based on majority choose the couse. i suggest to improve more pratical based learing than theory that checks IQ

for our department the internship opportunities aren't good at all they just pay 5k stipend without any other benifits and they just bring 1 company to go for internship. no options to choose for other internship companies

i don't know much about the other department placemts, but when it's comes to our department there is no good placements at all. if you want good placements i suggest join in some other college which gives good placement and packages and the highest package you get will be around 2-3LPA. mostly i plan to get a job after my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

college fees is very high that compared to other colleges(govt) due to its infrastructure, extra curcular activities they provide and facilities they provide. complete cost of my course is 135000 including tution, servies, exam fees. students can get scholarships based on the national entrance tests and degree merit

Campus Life

they conduct various events and celebrate all kinds of festivals in the college which are conducted by the b.tech students mostly and we have a very good library that provides good amount of books for students to study. classroms are vey good and clean with smart boards availability and they conduct various sports events and have a very good ground for sports

Admission

for admission process we have complete bachelors degree in any college with chemistry as major having 6 or above cgpa. we can find the application through vignan official site or from college. we need to pay 10000 for reserving seat which is non refundable and there are some reservation benifits based on your bachelor degree score

The curriculum is so updated and they focus more on application. They also provide us with the knowledge of emerging fields and opportunities. But i feel like the curriculum should be less hectic for the students. The exams are veru frequent here because there will be 3 internal assessments before the main exams and they are so hectic.

My favourite subject is Computer science, i like computer science in my hood, I will want to be SOFTWARE ENGINEER, i had a dream to study btech and get a good job and get my individuality, but unfortunately , our financial problems , i am not able to learnt engineering, now i am studying Masters of computer science, but i am not satisfied , because they did not provide good knowlege , they taught like basics what we had already learnt at degree, i felt very very bad at every moment, i get tears when i paid fee , because our parents did so much hard work for our education , but in colleges there is nothing else. I did inerntships at AWS cloud and DEVOPS , now i am doing devops internship and configuration at a company. I will be become a DEVOPS ENGINEER, my aim is to get engineer beyond my name .

My course here in sri Venkateswara university is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting and I am very happy with the knowledge that I can get to know from my faculty. Coming to exams and conducting exams they give much time from sem to sem. As it is a semester system we have a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam is for 20 marks and external exam is for 80 marks on a total of 100 marks.

Good College with No Proper Management

I applied to KLU, Guntur also.I got a confirmation for admission in that college. But I choose this college because public transporation facility is very good and also I can easily go to the college at any time. I didn't get any rejections from college I applied. The admission process of my college is initial counselling is there in that they will tell about admission procedure and all. After that they will allocate the people for the admissions they will do the process. The eligibilty for the admission based on VSAT, EAMCET and JEE MAINS and IPE exams also.Most student write VSAT and get admission in that. Cutoffs VSAT:70 %. EAMCET: Based on Rank JEE: MAINS: Based on Rank My overall admission experience is good only. It will take almost one day to compelte the admission process.
