This college is more like a school u didn't even discuss something in class teachers get offended so easily.
One more thing that is disgusting this college has a separate uniform .

As this course kind of a interesting one as if we have lower branch so we can change our branch after the first year by getting good percentile in first semester as first year is same for all .. so all branches students study same course so the levels for all the students remains same.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

As our college is comes into the category of tier 3 college so there are opportunities but you have to work harder to grab it . As you can eligible for the campus placements from thirds years onwards which means 6th semester. Average package lies between 3-4 lakh . Whereas highest is around 50 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee of the college is about Rs49,900 for each semester. And there is two types of seats. Available in this college tfws and sfws tfws for those whose parental income is less than one lakh whereas sfws seat for those whose parent income is greater than 4 lakh . Also tfws students have to pay low fees comparatively.

Campus Life

Um to be very honest the campus life is not so interesting as the campus is so small about 13acres .. but there are many clubs where you can enroll and participate in the events which can also provide you with a certificate. And there are two fest in this college one is ici and other one is pravah which is a techno cultural fest .

Admission

Jee main and boards .. Nta.nic.in It's was of 3 hours and the difficulty level is above boards. Like it was kind of a irritating process you have submit documents for a several time and that is disgusting as the students who cleared entrance examination ... Why we have to submit the documents several times .. so I hope this will get fix in the future.

Placement of my college is decent for technical branches (Cs,It) it has decent but for core branches(petroleum, civil ) it has quite good placements. From 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Highest package is 44Lpa and lowest is 3Lpa

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Above average college with affordable fee structure

The admission process for SKIT involves REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) counselling. You can apply for REAP through it's official website. The merit is based on student's JEE rank and 12th aggregate percentage in PCM. The application form fee is merely between Rs. 200-300/- and registeration starts around the month of June each year. REAP is common counselling for colleges under RTU(Rajasthan Technical University) including SKIT. Students not able to get seats through REAP counselling merit, can apply through management quota which consists of roughly 10% of the overall seats for a particular branch....Read More
