Likes

First thing is staff i.e the teachers lab assistant are so much cooperative.
Greenrrry there is lush 11 acres green campus
College is situated in main jagatpura so easy availablity of transportation

Dislikes

Timings of hostels is 6 p.M in winters and 7P.M in Summer for girls
There is no ac pr ducting facilities in classroom
The mess food is ok ok only not so much good

Course Curriculum Overview

Previously the course is based on RTU but from 2024 the college becomes autonomous and there is more new subject are added and some labs are also added and some subject are removed also there are 2 mid sem and 1 end sem at each sem

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internship at the end of second yr in which they techs us front end and back end both development and students also do form outside also but they have to give proper proof and certificate also

Fees and Financial Aid

This is a good college. Professors are good infrastructure is veryy very nice and the canteen that is present insite the campus is insane like everything is available in that canteen and the quality of mess food is also very very very good.

Campus Life

There is an annual event called pravah which is descent and there is ici fest and one mega blood donation camps also here and a fresher also happens and many small events like on 21 april there is show of papon

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good provide laundry facilities security is also good and food quality is okay okay not so good there is double occupancy room for girls the name for the girls hostel is nirvana girls hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

The first one is because it is situated in main city there is easy transportation services and every thing is available easily and admission thorough REAP but form now I don't know and for safety purpose it is good college

Faculty

There are in total 3 exams in one semister 2 of them are internal which is mid term 1 and mid term 2 and one is known as end semester and tere are 3 practical exams which helps before every written exam.

Night Life

There is no nightlife because hostel are closed 7p.m for girl's in summer and 6.p.m in winters and libry is still open till 8.p.m and girls who are engaged in sports have permission to stay outside till 8.p.m

Placement Experience:

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile.
