Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering is very great field. In upcoming years there will be need of mechanical engineers around the globe and there is a need of mechanical engineer...so I choose this course. I will suggest you to opt this course

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 132000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It's about 57000 per semester for mechanical engineering . So per year I will be paying approi 1.32 lac . Registeration fess was about 5000. Development fess was about 6000. I don't have any kind of scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life is good we have a proper space to chill out. We have different types of clubs like dance , sports and others and I am in dance club .so it's a really good experience in being with my club and enjoying with them.

Admission

I choose this college as it was good among them.its rtu ranked 1 from last seven years . And the fee structure was good as compare to other colleges. I had directe admission in my college . This is the best college.

Faculty

The faculty is really good and supportive for the students and have a perfect ratio of faculty and students. For one class of mechanical engineering we have 2 groups and 1 class teacher for each group.

Night Life

I am not a hosteler so I have not experienced the nightlife of my college campus .but my friends are from hostel and the way they tell Abt their experience it's preety good but some strictness is there.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Admission:

Through AIEEE or RPET or through management quota. One can just apply through the college portal and submit there Aieee marks. Though RPET is a preferred mode of entrance to any college in RTU. Management quota is also there for well off candidates and lesser marks

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile. This is the best college ranked no.1 so I choice it and prefer it to my one position. I don't want to go in government college of Rajasthan so I choice it.
