Teaching methods and our course syllabus because it is specifically designed which help us to give MA Enterenc exam for various college
College atmosphere suitable for student even though they are from other state

Dislikes

There is english medium and marathi medium it cause that some student form english medium feel that they are more knowledgeable than marathi medium
On days of holiday or sunday girls washroom is closed even the library is open because of this girls face alots of problems
When we have lecture with english medium student our professor assume that there is only english speakers and teach in only english

I choose BA economic because since I am in 12th std I improve interest in economic so it intended me to choose this course This curriculum prepares me excellent for real world I become able to compare economic theories to real world promlem We have internal and external exam for every semister

We have 6800 rs per yearfees it include tution fees and service fees both nd our cource duration is 3 year Scholarship NSP is proved us by central govt per year of graduation amount of scholarship is 12000

Fergusson college pune is well known for its campus in fergusson college there are alots program as well as conference in a year and spanda is a annual festival of fergusson. Our college have a famous library that is wadiya library this library is in top in list we have provided books and journals by library easily. Yess fergusson college provide extracurricular activities for that we have NSS and Sathi Yess student run social group, club

Admission

Admission processes is very good. I find application form of official website of fergusson college pune. We have frequently exam like internal exam and ESE Internal exam have mcq base exam or ESE is written exam I don't Thik improvement ,suggestion at this point according to me it's ok

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from Semester 6. There are numerous companies like Zomato, The Quint, Hindu etc that visit the campus and whose offers are made for the students. The highest package offered has been INR 7 lacs per annum and the Average package is INR 3.60 Lacs per annum. The campus placements has been 85% based on the number of students that opted for it. My plans after getting my degree is to go ahead for my masters in either creative writing or marketing and then start working on a job but this may change.

I wanted to join this course from a long time as I was very interested in the same.The faculty is great and students ratio is also quite good but teachers try to focus n give time to each students.Teachers are also amazing they give there 100 percent to the students..They also have doubt lecture before every exams and also conduct phycological evaluation for every student before the exam so that the students doesn't have any kind of pressure..Term exams are conducted 2(twice) a year, if the student is studying well you can pass the exam very easily.

After the last semester of course students will have right to take placement by the college according to here marks and percentage. There are 10+ plus offered to join the new company for the students. The highest package is 50000 and the lowest is 20000 as per the courses and marks. I think after the my degree is completely I will take other degree course for get more educated in this field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen BA arts as my curriculum cause I have had an intrest in Psychology and I am thinking of pursuing a further career in it. Our stream is having around 15-20 faculty members and each class strength is around 120 and there are 4 divisions. Almost all of the faculty members are having phd degree and everyone is having a unique teaching method and very likely we enjoy the lectures of all the faculty members. The teaching is really good. For this year that is for FY, I was having 2 online exams one for each term and it was MCQ type questions and answers. The exams level difficulty is moderate.

Reality behind big name

Remarks:

My college has a lot so it can be best not only in our city or state but also in a country. But we are lacking planning which has clarity and implementation of the same. We need to be more optimistic and our college has to build some basic infrastructure and facilities where they are lacking and guidance support for every stream of students so we can do better in future and obviously at present which requires teamwork but before that leader should be there who can take all people's accountability and start this thing.

I applied to only 2 colleges as my first preference was fergusson. So I only appied to fergusson and garware college. I got selected there too but as I got selected at fergusson while I was in dilemma whether to pay fees of garware or not , I decided to give fergusson a chance. So for admission process, they took an entrance exam for which we had to pay Rs. 800/- as processng fees of application and exam. So after giving exam the scorelist came and on the basis of that cutoff was decided for various categories.
