- The campus here is quite small when compared to other institutions
- The hostel and the college is a little far. So transportation is a little difficult.
- Some lecture halls doesn't have adequate facilities but some are of really high standards with smart board and AC.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is competency based. It prepares you well for your professional life. Exams are quite difficult but okay. But if we can we should try and provide a small vacation after the university exams, because that's adequate.
Internships Opportunities
After completing MBBS studies for 4 years you get an opportunity to be an intern at the same college and practice as a Doctor. At that time you will be provided with 24k per month as stipend. The internship period is for one year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is quite less when compared to private institutions. The complete cost of education will be around 3 or 4 lakhs including tuition fee and other fees including mess. E grands , MCM , etc such scholarships are available
Campus Life
There is interbatch arts and sports that's taking place at the colleges individually. And also interzone and also the B, C ,D zones seperate competitions. Other than that all others special days are celebrated like onam, Christmas, Holi ,etc
Hostel Facilities
Government College hostel is provided by the institution including the mess. The hostel is the most affordable accommodation when it comes to cost and respective facilities. We have 3/4 sharing rooms with electricity and water supply.
Admission
Eligibility is +2. Application is given online. Reservation is based on caste and if any disabilities present. Exams are conducted once in a year and it's moderately difficult but the competition is high.
