I have chosen computer engineering. Yes, they have a good focus on practicals and much research has been initiated by them for the students.

Internships Opportunities

No, they don't provide an internship. I have not experienced an internship yet and also don't know about the stipend So I can't review this.

Placement Experience

The placement of this college is very good. They have a good team of training and placement. Each student gets placed in a good company. And the placements team is very helpful with every student.

College Events

The college has technical events only Which are too many technical no fun events that are conducted in the college. The organization is OK. They are too many technical things but the students need all-around things which the college fails to provide.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for the open category are a bit high. It is not affordable for everyone. But they have many scholarship options also for the fees 1,19,000 for Engineering.

Hostel Facilities

No, I am not residing in the hostel. But the rooms are OK. Not that good and not bad also. Each room has 3 beds. Yes, there are pgs. Each person has to pay 35000 for a year. The food quality of the canteen is very bad not good at all. Low-quality food.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Faculty

Faculty are very highly qualified and have very good experience of teaching in their field. They are very much interactive. The standard of teaching is too high.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
