I like the course curriculum and syllabus it's very informative
The college faculty is very good as the support students in every situation
I like my college friends as they are very supportive

Dislikes

The things I didn't like is that the classrooms are very old
I don't like the canteen food and college timing
The college garden is little bit is small

I choose the civil engineering branch according to my interest in civil engineering and luckily I got allotted in this college, civil engineering is a important core branch of engineering this field is good for studing the core engineering. There are 2 semesters per year and exams ae based on the semesters.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee at a good engineering college are very high in my college the total fee for 1 year is 113000 college charges this fee and development fee but government scholarship is available for the students on the mahadbt portal the government pays the half of tution fee students and apply self on this portal

Campus Life

In this college function like gathering and traditional day is celebrated the atharva festival is one of the event which is celebrated college encourages participation in state level and national levels events

Admission

The eligibility is to complete the HSC exam and the mhtcet exam and after the result of cet exam is declared the cap rounds begins for the course selection in college government of Maharashtra for admission students have to come with documents and have to fill the admission form and in the months of June July this process is happening

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules.
