College with good values

Yes we had internships but frankly speaking, our college did not provide any internships and all, I did my internship in the company Jusmango fabrication limited (cylinder assembling parts), college just gave them permission to pursue the internship that’s it.

No there were not many placements which took place in the college especially for my branch (i.e mechanical engineering) but for other branches they had awesome placements coming up, usually, most of the IT companies like HP, Dell, Amazon,eBay, etc; visited the college. The average package if we get in core companies then the amount would somewhat vary from 3-5 lakhs per annum.

Yes, there were fests happening in our college, That was the “Espiranga” this was a technical and cultural fest that happened when I was studying, it was a pretty much good atmosphere when fests where happening management sufficiently contributed to organizing the fests.

Since I got a seat through CET i.e a government seat I paid a fee of 43000 INR per year (for two semesters), speaking about affordability yes it was affordable when I was studying. But the facilities provided after taking up so many fees were not up to the mark.

There were scholarships given to the needy and the desired students, no I did not avail of any scholarship. Yes, college did help a lot in obtaining the scholarship especially for the other backward classes students and the merit students.

No, I didn’t stay in the hostel, but they say that the hostel facilities are not good. I don’t know regarding the room sharing I guess maybe 3 & 4 sharing rooms were there. The food was also not so good.

No, there was no word hearing alumni network in the college when we were studying, no such platforms were given, But yeah alumnus had to provide alumni fees before getting out from the college.

Faculties usually had an M.tech degree I mean most of them in an average further some faculties moved on to pursue their P.hd degree too, yes freshers were a bit problem for us rest other were experienced and were well worsed in their subject, they were not much interactive with the students they were much busy with their own works, The standard of teaching was ok, not bad also.
