Remarks

College management has changed from past 2 years they have pretty good but not up to the mark and our college has to conduct forums and exhibitions and mainly the college fest which our management has failed to do and the infrastructure of the lab nowadays is not good they have to improve it even the building r not good they have to repaint and the dusty floor must be cleaned and the facilities have been good towards the students

Entrance Preview

The campus was full of trees it was like a fresh atmosphere created there, the institute is near to my home, my cousin brother got graduated from this institute and I got the Direct seat to this college where we can't get the direct seat in most of the universities present around this college

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course which I took was on my interest because I studied electronics in my purse so I opted for Electronics and communication engineering and the teaching of this subject is pretty good and as I said it was my interest about this course I was happy

Internships Opportunities

Yes they do provide the internship for only 6-8th sem students only other sem can also do but not from the college it's from outside companies but for that we need a sign from the University we r studying and the internship goes for about 1 month if we r interested we can extend it up to another couple of months and they tell us about the new ideas about the concept n teach us how to manufacture n they let us to even research about it

Placement Experience

2

Placement and job opportunities r average in our college but nowadays it's looking good and the 5/10 are call center companies that's what I don't like and nowadays our management is trying to improve it and Last year many students have been placed and 65%is the cut off to any companies

College Events

1

Our college events r pretty good we have tournaments conducted for cricket football, and we have sports day in which students compete with each other and the final winner/winners would play with the facilities which are good to watch n we have our college day celebration also in that we have up to 20-25 events in them and three days it will be held i.e., technical day, ethnic day and college fest lots of fun and celebration goes on but only thing is only once it has been held since past 3 years I wish this year they better keep it

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for Merritt students is fixed by the Merritt they have got 55k is the Merritt amount and the college fee is around 20k/- which is pretty good compared to other colleges and it can be paid in installments also and it is feasible to people who can't afford much

Fees and Financial Aid

Yea for the SC/ST caste they only have to pay 8000-9000 per year as they get the remaining amount in scholarship and for others also they are scholarship from which they get up to 20000 per year

Campus Life

2.5

As I said my campus is filled with trees which is pretty good and my classes and corridors are not good they are bit dusty and unpainted walls from 4-5 years and the classrooms also also bit dusty the benches and good and the infrastructure of the college as to improve much, labs are good till now but nowadays it's not up to the usefulness and the sports and competitions are good we can play any game after 2:30 in our college and there is good ground is well and debates only happens in the time of technical day that to 3-4 rounds only and I haven't heard about robotics in our college only good thing is the fresh air in the campus

Hostel Facilities

2

As I am not the hostility of our college I don't know much about it but there are 2 blocks which are called national and international facilitated hostels which have bathroom and rooms attached are called international and which are not are called national and the hospitality is pretty good and no one is allowed there except the hostel students and I heard that the message food is not as good as we except 3/10 times only the food is tasty

Alumni/Alumna

As I don't come across the word alumni network I don't know about it and speaking of seniors some of them r selfish they don't speak much but even some of them are friendly they tell about their experiences, faculties, management, placement activities..... And also they give us useful tips which are helpful in the time of lab or in the time of theory exams

Exam Structure

The exam structure is not based on our college it's about the University because our college is affiliated to VTU and from this year it is mandatory of cc camera's in every class where exam is going on and it will be watched by vtu and there are 4-5 for each college and they are called squad and they come and check every one hour in the time of exam and the hospitality to write the exam is pretty good

Admission

Firstly I don't seat by merit in another college I went there but I was not satisfied with the campus and hospitality so I came out n I thought of checking once about this college as I mentioned above it was a great campus I entered n admission staff gave me direct seat after seeing my profile n the next day I was with my parents for the admission

Faculty

4

Faculties of our college were much when I entered but day by day they got reduced I don't know why? and the teaching is pretty good to expect one or two and the knowledge of the facilities about the particular subjects is too good and they teach us and tell us extra things that are not in the syllabus and they provide the sufficient information required to understand the concept

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
