- Food. the food in the mess is awesome.they got a pretty balanced diet ,which includes both vegeterian and non vegetarian food.there is no restriction for the amount of food that we can eat.the timings in mess is also pretty flexible.
- Hostel.the hostel we statu is a 1bhk apartment ,it has also the basic facilities included.we have got a microwave oven,iron box and geysers too.the security guards are really friendly here.there is no time limit here.
- Location.iit mandis loaction is in mandi,which lies in between mountains.the ambience this college provides is nothing less than a heaven .mostvof the time in a year it is cold here in campus.aldo spots like manali,dharamshala are nearby .
Course Curriculum Overview
Semester-end exams are there but along with that presentations, and quizzes are also different modes of evaluation. i would suggest inviting more guest faculty from other renowned institutions and those who are experts in the industry to iit mandi.
Internships Opportunities
Several Companies are coming here for internships. arvy technologies,bada been.mostly startups are coming here.arvy technologies offered the role for digital marketing and the stipend offered was 20000.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for mba in data science and artificial intelligence is 12 lakhs .this amount also includes the hostel fees and mess fess .the hostel and mess fees are about 4000 per month.compared to other courses in iit mandi,mba is more expensive.
Campus Life
There are lots of sports activities going on in iit mandi. but I would say that, the timings don't match with our batch. several clubs are there in our batch like the consulting club but the events are conducted once in a while only. they aren't that active
Admission
Admission to iit mandi is through a cat exam followed by a personal interview, where our knowledge in the core level is tested by experienced professors. Admission happens once every year. Scores other than cat also should be taken into account like GMAT scores.
Interview Experience
After the first stage,there was a personal interview conducted.the interview board consisted of 4 proffesors from various domains ,then started testing our basics and asked questions like why ds and ai.
