Facilities include Wi-Fi, cleaning services, and a common kitchen. Meal quality varies but generally meets expectations, with a decent menu rotation. The rental registration process was simple, and the affordability is reasonable given the proximity to campus and included services.

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

Admission for MBA in Data Science and AI at IIT Mandi mandated a bachelor's degree with 60% marks. CAT was taken with a 70 percentile cutoff. and Your college ranking is taken into consideration as well as you must have done maths in your plus 2.

Interview Experience

While Group Discussions (GDs) are not currently implemented, I had a challenging interview with a panel of 4-5 people that assessed my core competencies. I did Revise my old concepts for interview that was all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the curriculum, the best,in terms of relevance. There is many aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course. It provided me lots of experince and self confidence to achieve my goal. There should be less activity then studying.Free time can be used for the activities. Timing of the exams is good for the all the students even if they are from long distances . They can reach at the proper timing.

Our placement committee is very good and supportive and placement process starts soon as you join the college in 1st year it is summer internship placement and 2nd year it's for final Placement. The placement drive in floated in respective students institute mail ID and they respond to the mail based on the eligibility criteria and the campus has proper infrastructure for conducting offline interview and they are strict norms when comes to placement guidelines like grooming standard and formal business dress code.

My high school seniors told me about this university since it was one of the best universities in India. Candidates were required to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation to be eligible to apply. The students were selected on the basis of their ranking on the merit list. The merit list was based on their scores on the entrance examination (CAT, GMAT, MAT, SAT, or State entrance exams), the group discussion, and the personal interview.

IIT Mandi- my home and karmbhoomi

Honestly I initially thought of branch change and college in some what cold place which led me to this college. Our college is moderate in comparison to other iits, obviously you cant compare it with old iits , but yeah its decent enough, having good students and friends. Placement of four college is better than other iits. Some years result in placement ogf good no. of students whereas some leads to okish. The sport facilities are ok. Swimming pool is not of olympic size and it requires lot of time for repair of the sport equipments. Admission process is through Jossa counselling after JEE Advanced. I applied for VIT, NIT BHOPAL, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Jammu, IIT BHU, IIT Ropar, NIT Durgapur, and many of the IITS and NITS. I choose only this so, didn't fill for confirmation for others. IIT MANDI KE ANSUNE KISSE

The admission process at IITs are generally common through a cmon entrance exam all over India named jee mains for nits and then after qualifying in that we need to score good in jee advanced. There are reservations for sc, st, obc and economically backward classes. Like you can get good branches with lower marks. For example in computer science you can get 6000 rank for obc but around 2000 for general candidates....Read More

For eligibility criteria, you have to pass in 10th and 12th boards. I went to Kota for jee preparation and I also took a drop in 12th. after I filled out the Jossa counseling form I got an IIT mandi with the electrical branch. You should have 75% marks on the 12th board. otherwise, you can't sit in jee advanced exam. fee for jee mains form is 1000 rupees and Foer jee advanced is 2900. you can fill out Jee's mains form nearly december and jee advanced in around april.counselling time you should have all document which is compulsory for filling this form....Read More
