Likes

Faculties are kind and easy going and it is easy to communicate with them.
The cultural activities that take place allows students to participate and show their talents.
The Canteen facility, washroom to be precise is okay.

Dislikes

Classrooms do not have fans nor proper electricity connection
Computers in labs are not in good working condition that is not the case always but sometimes it dosen't.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have taken is Aeronautical Engineering which involves aerospace science and its working principles. The first year of the course is just basics hence we have basic subjects and are categorised under physics cycle and chemistry cycle. The teaching method is good. They try thier best to keep students involved into the subject.The exam timings are sufficient enough and the level of the exam is not that difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 208620 per year

Internships Opportunities

The highest package is about 30LPA and the lowest is about 3LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, Bosch, etc. About 75% students get internship oppoturnities. The college or the companies offer certain projects to improve our skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for the course aeronautical engineering is 208620 for management seat and as for CET it is 120765 and for COMED-K the fees is 182120. The scholarships can vary from 20000 and can go all the way upto 100% aid on tution. The campus employment opportunities are tied up with big companies like accenture, infosys, Bosch etc. We can get into these companies if we perform the best and can get placed.

Campus Life

The college gives us a really good vibe about socialising, it has a great atmosphere due to all the plants and the area itself is a calm vibe. Our mental peace is really balanced due the environment and the teachers really get along really well with students and it makes the students confident about not being scared.But the facilites like washroom cleaniness is fine. The classrooms are not that good, there is no fan in each n every class only few classes have perfectly working fans, and not each and every class has a projector. The computers in the lab are also not that good working.

Admission

The admission process was very easy, I actually attempted KCET exam and applied for counselling and got selected in the first round and went for admission in AMC college the staff were friendly and the application filling process was through QR code and through the link I submitted my details. The other Kcet details were told to be submitted as hard copy with 2 copies each document and the originals were checked and submitted to them.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.

AMC ENGINEERING COLLEGE, BENGALURU.

I choose AMC because of its good campus size area which is 52 acres which is big campus in bengaluru, good behaviour of teachers means friendly behaviour, also its infrastructure. I chosen amc over other colleges is because I got that much rank which i was getting this college and many more colleges. But also i chosen amc because other colleges don't have big campus area. Eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th. Admission mode is available by all the methods like- you can appear in comedk, or appear in kcet(for Karnataka people) or also you can take admission through management quota which will charge you some higher money.
