Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chosen CSE AI-ML because i have so much interest in AI. During my school time only i cleared my mind and just set a goal to choose aiml. As we are seeing the growth and market demand in AI is increasing day by day. Also in the future, without AI is nothing. Thats all. I'll tell you , if you're having interest in coding then only choose this brand otherwise this will be feel like waste.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship is available here, you'll be eligible in the 3rd year for internship. And companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and more. As I'm also new to this college so I don't have too much ideas about internship, these things i heard from my seniors. So that's all.

Placement Experience

3

Placements in AMC is like Ok Ok. Overall placement is 70%+ in this college. From 7th sem you're eligible for placements. Companies visits in this college for placement like - infosys, TCS, Amazon, JP Morgan, flipkart and many more. Average package is 6-7LPA. Median is 5 LPA. And highest is 25+ LPA. As being honest I'm telling, for placement you've to do many struggles because competition is getting higher day by day. Also if you will look for the high package means you've to try for off campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Through comedk - Yearly fees for my branch (CSE AI-ML) - Rs1,70,000. But at the starting you've to pay total 1,90,000= 1,70,000 1st year fees + 20,000 other fees. Through kcet- Yearly fees - 1,20,000 rs approx. Through management - Yearly fees will be around - 3,75,000 rs After paying this money to comedk website, you'll get a call from college in few days for admission and registration purpose. Then that time you've to pay 2000 for registration and 25,500(comedk) in the college which includes dress, lab, books fees. After doing these all, your admission done.

Campus Life

4

Overall experience in this college no doubt it is good. As you'll see all people are like friendly no matter either you're from south or from north. Fest also you'll be seeing once a year which is COLLOSEUM. They gives freshers party also. And also they'll be conducting some functions where dancing and singing you can participate. Library having so many books collection, it's like 80,000+ books available in the library. For sports people it might be dislike point for you is that - they don't focuses on sports. You'll see s big ground in front of the main building but no sports for students. I heard that Clubs are available but I didn't hear anybody talking about clubs.

Admission

I choose AMC because of its good campus size area which is 52 acres which is big campus in bengaluru, good behaviour of teachers means friendly behaviour, also its infrastructure. I chosen amc over other colleges is because I got that much rank which i was getting this college and many more colleges. But also i chosen amc because other colleges don't have big campus area. Eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th. Admission mode is available by all the methods like- you can appear in comedk, or appear in kcet(for Karnataka people) or also you can take admission through management quota which will charge you some higher money. If you've 30,000 rank in comedk means you can get CSE in this college. Or also if you qualified JEE main then you can get direct admission in this college. That's it!

Faculty

4

Almost all the facilities are good and interactive to the students. The faculties I liked the most - Sanjeev Sir (maths professor), jennita ma'am (electronics professor) and jayaramaiah sir (physics professor). They are good professor their teaching style is good and also well experienced professors. They will interact to each student. There will be 2 internal assessment tests which they'll conduct in November and January. Lab Practicals will also be there in January. And then the finals will be there in February which will be conducted by VTU. Failing and passing in the exam totally depends on the students whether they studied well or not whatever the facilities taught in class. And also for securing a good cgpa, practice matters a lot. All the best!

Night Life

4

Nightlife in around AMC is ok. You can roam inside the campus or you can go outside also. Late night activities are not allowed means gate closing timing is 9 or 9:30 pm. So you've to enter to the college before that time. You'll be getting gym , library inside the campus. As this college exists in a new area of Bengaluru so you can't get too much benifits nearby but also you can see MC Donald's, US POLO, and many more things just near the college. You can travel anywhere in bengaluru as buses runs everywhere. You'll not feel bored in this college.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a tech-enthusiast and chip designing is something i have been keen to know about and hence i went in for ECE Course. The curriculum is just same as the other engineering colleges. Detailed enough to pass the semester end exams. Teaching methods and the equipments need to be changed. Its high time. While other colleges are using well designed new technologies for lab experiments, ours is still stuck on the old methods which is very frustrating as we dont receive accurate results that affects our performance.
