The best thing about this college is they are giving freedom to students.
They arrange cultural events and programs,even charming sports
The college outer view is beautiful and a big cricket ground is their which is the very good thing

Dislikes

If you write the exam well enough to pass but the result will be totally different
They expect you to give perfect answer for the question then only they will enter the mark

Course Curriculum Overview

I think my course has better scope for the future.. and I further need to engage myself for the upcoming future. teaching is good if you regularly attend the class and you have to ask whatever doubt you have in that particular subject to the teachers

the students of 3rd year are applicable for campus placement. Most of the companies came here like Google, Flipkart, Amazon etc and most of the top companies came here for placement interviews. To get placement the percentage should be above 90. My plans after getting a job are will go to abroad and settle my career

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid the fees 298000 for 1st year and for remaining years it's 240000...For arrear subject you have to pay 300 rs per subject.... for first year exam you should pay 15000..but if you are from Karnataka it's only 3000...this is only for new joining you have to pay only ones in 1st year. before I mentioned about my fees that is for management quota. but if you write any entrance exam means fees will be 198000 for 1st year and 140000 for remaining years

Campus Life

Many cultural festival and sports are there like ethnic day where students will wear traditional dresses...and grand event named Colosseum which is the best cultural program of the college.. They conduct sports like cricket, kabbadi,etc.

Admission

At first, I chose CMR University but later I changed my plans because it's too far from the city. later I got a call from the person who help the students select a better college and they suggested AMC Engineering College Atleast your percentage should be above 60.

Faculty

The faculties are very good with students... but some teachers give mental abuse to the students infront of the whole class.... most of the teachers are good I don't want to mention specifically... after students who are writing arrear subject even if you failed in that there is makeup exams

they wont suggest us nothing to take like take that course or take this course , we ave to chocie that which course i want to choose , the course cyber security have to have more changes in our collage the teaching methods should be improved like they wont teach in real time they just go through the syllabus thats it , they have to aa special lab outside the syllabus which they dont have

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

I choose AMC because of its good campus size area which is 52 acres which is big campus in bengaluru, good behaviour of teachers means friendly behaviour, also its infrastructure. I chosen amc over other colleges is because I got that much rank which i was getting this college and many more colleges. But also i chosen amc because other colleges don't have big campus area. Eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th. Admission mode is available by all the methods like- you can appear in comedk, or appear in kcet(for Karnataka people) or also you can take admission through management quota which will charge you some higher money.
