Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose mechanical and automation engineering and the course structure is amazing ideally but when it comes to the college's efforts then you might feel a little depressed although you will get a chance every year for an educational visit to a foreign country for which you have to pay around 1.5 lakhs other than the college fees. The racing community is also there, that team usually goes to different European countries every year to compete in the F1 racing car design competition. Overall if do not have much problem with the money then this college is for you even the crowd in the college is good, you know what I mean.

Internships Opportunities

College does not provide internship you will have it on your own. I did mine in CNH industrial fiat India Pvt Ltd. And it was awesome and I didn't get any stipend but that experience totally worth it.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements percentage is good but when it comes to the packages you will get little disappointed(3 lakhs is the average package). companies that visit this college are: Infosys, Genpact, Capital via global, Mahindra, Wipro, Info edge etc.

College Events

5

College authority contributes its share in the annual fest and other fests as well but the arrangement is done by the students and around half of the share is arranged by the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is as: Per year= 86000 + 25000 for bus fees(optional) other expenses during your degree like training, projects, visits.

Fees and Financial Aid

Ye scholarship facilities are provided by the college administration to those who need it.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

This college does not have any hostel facilities inside the college premises but you can find ample rooms or PGs around the college. Rooms are big and cheap and also clean.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini network-zero.

Faculty

2

Honestly speaking you will the faculties of this college a little inexperienced and not so qualified as compared to other colleges of GGSIPU. But on the other hand there are also one or two faculties in every branch of the Elite level( IIT AND NIT sort of).

The College provides placements and has a dedicated Placement Cell and each year people graduate with low to high pay packages. The students become eligible for placements from the 6th Semester. There are various companies that visit our campus and 5 such companies are: Accenture, ZS Associates, Infosys, ION Group, RTDS. The highest package on-campus is provided by ION Group of 17 lpa. The average package is 4 to 5 lpa. There are 80% to 90% students placed every year. I am also planning of getting a job after the degree and currently sitting for placements in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing a B.Tech in Computer Science stems from a strong interest in technology. The coursd curriculam is appealing due to its well-rounded structure, covering a wide range of computer science topics like Artificial Intelligence. The flexibility to choose elective courses aligns with personal interests. The faculty, recruited through a rigorous process, is well-qualified. They use various teaching methods, including lectures and practical activities. While the faculty-to-student ratio is good, seeking feedback from students can provide insights into teaching styles. Exams occur every 2.5 months, balancing mid and end-semester assessments. The weightage distribution between exams and internal assessments is favorable, allowing a holistic evaluation. The exams are described as moderately difficult, striking a balance for student success.

Here placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree
