VIT Bhopal (A place to learn, A chance to grow) - But Crowded & Internal Competition

We have FFCS here where u can choose ur own faculty & own time table which is a gud thing & also our University follow the same curriculum as of VIT Vellore so it's more or less the same same. Area of improvement Mid term weightage 30%, end term weightage 30% & internal weightage 40% This is what I don't like though All faculties are higly qualified, mostly P.hd from IITs, NITs

For internship companies will start visiting from 3rd year, it's also centralised like placements. You will ve getting plenty of opportunities like Verizon, JPMC, Microsoft every other big MNCs visit VIT, so getting an internship isn't a issue But suppose again u r below average guy wid low CG, still u will be sent to some company for industrial internship experience, but stipend will be low like around 10-15k per month

We r under VIT umbrella, almost everyone get placed noone is left unemployed as I heard from seniors, placement is centralised here for all 4 campus, 100s of companies will be visiting. Highest package from Bhopal Campus for 2024 batch is around 57 lpa by Zomato If u r an average guy u can easily expect 8-9 lpa. Above average then 12+ lpa easily But u u wanna enjoy ur 4 years of clg life without studying then VIT isn't ur place, bcz ppl wid 6-7 CGPA will mostly be hired by Bulk Hiring companies Maintain ur CGPA 7+ nd get around 10 lpa ????

Look VIT has category system in fee, ur entire 4 year course fee depends on ur rank & which branch r u taking Upto CAT-1,2 VIT is very affordable same as any govt clg, I won't suggest taking CAT-3/4/5 atleast for VIT Bhopal campus

The VIT Bhopal campus is still under construction, u won't get much of campus life here tbh. But in next few month we'll be seeing Swimming pool, new Auditorium, Dominos nd all. Plenty of clubs r here, u can get hands on experience & all sports facilities r there, gym is there but the thing is VIT is itself crowded u have to wait in quere for ur turn

Mess food of our Block-6 that is by Foodex (Safal) it's really tasty ???? I luv their butter chicken & chicken biryani Never ever opt for Block-1 hostels they r too bad, always fill Premium Hostel first at ur time of counseling Room r pretty decent & washrooms r clean. No complaints for hostel PG is also available in nearby areas u can save some bucks for opting them. But I personally prefer hostel Note : There's too mch restriction, guard will be knocking ur door if u guys found making noise ????

U need minimum of 60% in PCM aggregate in ur 12th & should write VITEEE, because there's no management quota in VIT. After the rank is declared u can sit for counselling, and the counseling is centralised for all 4 campuses, jst as the centralised placements The rank u get in VITEEE is very controversial, still the paper difficulty level is little easier than Mains but harder than BITSAT
