My Experience

The courses are very useful in terms of enhancing both your academic and real world knowledge. The faculty is also very helpful and the courses are interesting with an interactive classroom atmosphere. I choose my course due to specialisation in health info as i also had biology as a subject and wanted to study its various implementation in tenchnology. The frequency of exams are manageable as adequate time is taken to finish each modules before taking exams on them.

Our college has abundance of internship and placement opportunities. The students are involved in multiple individual as well as group projects and are helped and motivated by the faculty. Experiential learning programme is also organised for the students to gain more real life experience

Our college has a very active and good placement cell. Each year the number of companies visiting and the packages being offered are increasing with a high percentage of placed students. Internships are equally being provided.

I have been alloted my couse in the 1st category for which i pay around 2L. The amount you pay for each course differs according to category under which you are alloted during counselling. I have not taken any scholarship or jobs or stipend awards so have idea associated to them.

Our college has a very active social life to keep us all involved in both technical and non technical events which are always conducted with much enthusiasm. We have out annual fest of Avitya which consist of number of technical, non tech as well as sports event. Even apart from these various festivals are celebrated here organised by tge various clubs. There are many regional, technical and non tenchnical clubs here that the students are free to join.

The hostel life is very good. Good quality food, cleaning services are always available, water and electricity are always available. Nice bedrooms with a bed, study table, table light, a cupboard and an almirah for each student. The mess menu changes every month. Hostel canteen is also available for snacks. During registration process, you need to fill your preferences such as 4-bedded, 3- bedded, 2- bedded etc then the room are alloted to you based on your rank and availability of our choices.

The admission process was very simple. I got all the information from VIT bhopal's website, filled form for the VIT entrance form choosing PCM as my subjectsand got a rank of around 30k. The vitee entrance had a moderate level of toughness. After filling my preferences list during counselling, I was alloted CSE with specialisation in Health Informatics in in VIT Bhopal.
