Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is same as other colleges. You will need time to understand the curriculum completely because it is too vast. The books required for the syllabus are available in the nearby market . You can purchase second hand books and new also.Talking about faculties all teachers are really good and sitting in their classes will not waste your time at all.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure varies from course to course like in my case my fee at the time of admission was ten thousands rupees but for other specializations it varies. There is no fee hike policy in this college.I am not eligible for any kind of scholarship. As there is no professional courses so there is no point of placement. PhD students get stipend only

Campus Life

Campus life is good. I am not a hosteler so for me it's like a School just come for the college and then leave after the classes are over but yes for hostelers it would have been good because they live together with friends. Library is quite good mostly all the books are available. The classroom are not well maintained since there is no wifi, no smart board. There are facilities for extra curricular activities.

Admission

The admission was taken through CUET exam which is conducted all over the India. Application fee for the CUET exam is required only. After you appear in that exam and your result comes then you have to apply in different colleges in which you are interested to take admission. I wanted to take admission in ECC so I applied for it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very useful for me in civil services examination because Optional subject remains important in Upsc examination and if u are already pursuing a degree in a subject which will be your optional in civil services examination then it will be great choice of yours . curriculum prepares me so well. Recently teachers werw changed due to their poor performances in class. This improvement was done. Now exams frequency and timings wero also fine and there was not difficultly level at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in psychology that's why I adapt this course. got to know so many things about psychology and which help me to know people better really help me in my day today life. But the professor need to explain more and do not give illusionary examples. Did they have to try to explain in real world scenario. The courses is difficult and the paper is so lengthy give three hours to write and the people is so many that the time is insufficient they need to give more time if they expect to fill 24 pages of answer sheet.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
