Course Curriculum Overview

The course seems pretty competitive. The course is relevant enough as it focuses mainly on building the engineering aspects of an engineering undergraduate. The competitiveness prepare just for the real world applications along with surviving in the corporate world. The the subjects can be improved a bit by bit because there are many irrelevant courses also.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fees increase no decrease in any case scenario as there are fixed categories for the fees. The first category has the fees of 1.5 lakhs the second category has the fees of 2.5 lakhs the third categories as the fees of 4.5 lakh and 4th category has the fees of 5.5 lakh per annum.

Campus Life

There are many restrictions on a normal college life of student along with less enjoyment and more study. The events organise overall are mostly technical. There is huge library that consist of books of literally every course possible and all the subjects. The technological advancement can be seen in the campus in every class and lecture hall. There are social groups based on culture religion etc too. Everyone is quite supportive.

Admission

Eligibility criteria for the following course that I have opted for is passing 12th with more than 75%. There is an application fees of 6000 rupees. The exams are pretty frequent which include both midterm's an en terms along with assignments and experiments for all the subjects in the course. The admission process should be person to person with an administrative guide all long the administrative process.

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

Placement Experience:

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

Placement Experience:

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

The Placament in MITS are decent, especially for the computer science and IT branches , with companies like TCS, wipro, infosys visiting regularly. Average packages range from ?3.5 to ? 6 lpa , and some students get higher offer from off campus drives. Overall, the T&P cell of Mits gives every details for the companies coming.

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
