Course Curriculum Overview
I am a student enrolled in the Computer Engineering Engineering program at our esteemed institution, which holds affiliation with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. The academic curriculum within this discipline primarily emphasizes theoretical knowledge, a facet that, in my perspective, may be suboptimal. Nevertheless, the college demonstrates a proactive approach by organizing workshops and hosting guest lectures to augment theoretical learning with practical insights and industry-relevant skills. The academic evaluation structure entails semester examinations conducted biannually, covering both practical and theoretical components. These assessments are characterized by a moderate difficulty level. This strategic examination design ensures a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of our comprehension and application of the subject matter.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure at our institution amounts to approximately one lakh, encompassing all associated costs, including tuition fees. An encouraging facet of our financial framework is the availability of diverse scholarship schemes provided by the Maharashtra government. Notably, OBC category students are eligible for a fifty percent scholarship, while SC/ST category students receive a full hundred percent scholarship. It is pertinent to acknowledge that, at present, our college does not provide opportunities for on-campus employment. However, notwithstanding this limitation, the accessibility of government scholarships plays a pivotal role in alleviating the financial burden for eligible students. In summary, the fee structure and robust scholarship support collectively contribute positively to enhancing the affordability of education within our academic institution.
Campus Life
Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering And Management offers an exceptional campus life experience within its expansive and nature-filled premises. The campus serves as a hub for a diverse range of extracurricular activities, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for students. The Enjjoyy fest, a cultural extravaganza organized by the college, stands out as the premier college fest in Amravati. Additionally, the institution hosts various technical events such as hackathons, project exhibitions, and robotic workshops, providing students with opportunities to excel in their technical skills. The classrooms are well-appointed with essential equipment, fostering an optimal learning environment conducive to academic growth. Furthermore, the college boasts a commendable sports record, with students earning color coats annually, and the cricket team achieving recognition as one of the best in the university.
Admission
I am a student enrolled at Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management in Bandera. Admission to our institution necessitates the successful completion of two engineering entrance exams, namely MHT CET and JEE Mains. MHT CET is characterized by a moderate to hard difficulty level, while JEE Mains is acknowledged for its notably challenging nature. Post-examination, the admission process encompasses the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) round, wherein candidates submit their preferred list of colleges. Admission is granted if the individual's score aligns with the college cutoff. Subsequent to this, a mandatory visit to the college campus is stipulated for the progression of the admission procedure. Our college actively facilitates various reservation benefits, and students have the opportunity to access Maharashtra government scholarships. In summary, the admission process is thorough, with both entrance exams holding significant weight, and the CAP round ensuring equitable
