Likes

Campus view and friendly nature. Regular events
Students election because of which new program and many new scheme comes.
Low pressure and involvement of new scheme happenes.

Dislikes

Intrection of students with teachers is very poor
Scheme takes much time to implement and moreover some never happenes
Hostel facility and involvement of quota and many seats are left empty

Course Curriculum Overview

The course here provided are very good. There should be honors course also.. the timing of exams are also relevant. The only factor lacking is proper timing of classes . Classes duration should be more. And more focus in support system of courses should be provided

The fess structure is very accurate and relevant more and more types of scheme are being provided for students scholarship are also there.. more opportunities are provided. Only thing campus is lacking is in placement that it should provide for professional and non professional courses

Social club campus life and hostel Life main parts it very very interesting. Many fest and clubs are there where people can participate and show there talent.. the only thing that is needed is promotion of the events so more and more students can properly know and participate.in that

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are okay okay nit very good as per government it should be more convenient and most importantly food quality more focus should be provided on that. Part as for students who come here after leaving there home more focus should be provided so that they can be in there home like condition

Admission

The environment of the college is very friendly and enthusiastic. The college provide a very good facility to students. Elections are held so there is scope for improvements. Admission process is also not much difficult. You have reservations and one entrance exam Cuet The only area where they should focus in improvement is there hostel reservation facilities very much problem is faced by students in getting seats in hostel.. Moreover more facilities like College buses timing should be changed like there be one bus in between 11-1 and last bus should be at 6pm..

My honest review of MBPG College

Likes

Being a government college the fees are very low and student friendly most teachers are knowledgeable supportive and clear in explanation focus on studies exam and all over all discipline
Open ground greenery and enough space to relax between classes decent collection of academic books and difference material
Easy to reach from different part of Haldwani lesson unnecessary pressure more focus on its education

Dislikes

Infrastructure is old type som building needs to get repair
Campus placement opportunity are very few from classroom slabs and building need renovation
Not many model amenties compared to private colleges office works can be slow

The curriculum follows kumaun University guidelines ensure standardization and recognition core subjects are well structured and concept curriculum should a include more practical exposure projects work and field work examination are conducted semester wise and generally twice year internal assessments include test assignments and practicals during the semester

Likes

Social life is good with feat happening around in college.
Wifi is provided in our building and the hostel.
Infrastructure of our new hostel and our labs is good

Dislikes

Teachers are qualified but the quality education is not good
Too much restriction on girls but boys are free to roam at night.
Mess food is just acceptable not that good.

Placement Experience:

For campus placement students need to be atleast in last or second last semester of the course. But for internship it's fine even if student is in 1st or 2nd yr. But most of teh students here decided to pursue master from here only and I still don't know have exact idea hown many students got placed in th companies.

Likes

Social interaction with others in college is appreciable
Lab is fully equipped for experiments or practicals

Dislikes

Campus of our college is not too good and small
Absence of ac in library and other needed areas
Quality of infrastructure of classes is little bit poor

Placement Experience:

When one enters the final semester they become eligible for campus placement and many companies offers and discusses with them. Companies such as IGL, Vib care pharma, AVANTOR and many others visits every year with offers.

I like the hostel security and there are no ragging
Good teachers and friendly. Helping us lot.
Good infrastructure and better environment..

Hostel food is not so good. Small hostel room

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester student are eligible for placement. There are various plywood industries and forest base non Timber industries and cricket industries. The highest average package is like 4.5 lakh per year.

Likes

I liked mostly the environment of my college. College. was situated in hills . So the peace , the environment, weather, education everything was perfect. The rooms , library, the field of our college
The education system of our college was good .I liked the most the education system every faculty was good and take responsibility of each students.the teaching was of faculty was superb . Every we understand easily. The also teach us on ppt .
Department of science,arts each department was available and a big auditorium for function parties was there. Each subject lab also there . lab instruments lso available

Dislikes

One thing was I disliked was due to cold weather or snowfall dec to february college is closed.
I disliked the book issue system it takes maximum time to get a book from my college.
The period was too long . Not only 1 hour it almost 2 hour classes.

I chooses the best course. Because my faculty was good I can ask him freely if I have any doubt. And it increases my interest in my subject. And the experiment we do make us progressive for our future. Yes but one thing I will say the duration of time period will be increase

I've applied for Btech course in Benaras Hindu University. But before the counselling result declared I've already taken admission in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttrakhand. I 've choosen this university because low BTech course fee and also one more reason is weather and environment of the state uttrakhand. I haven't got rejection from other college. Admission process here is so simple. Only the thing is you have to clear the cutoff marks in CUET exam.
