Studying mbbs and serving the nation is a novel cause along with that there is a good opportunity for job. The curriculum in the college is accordance with the NMC guidelines.there is a need of improvement in the area of extra curricular activities

There is 1 year compulsory rotatory internship in the hospital.which every student has to do after 4.5 years of graduation. college provides a decent amount of money every month during internship.

College take a good amount of money in the name of tution fees as seen in other private medical college also.but the fees is fixed for the particular batch throughout course. College do not provide any scholarship from its own but you can apply for various state and central scheme

The extra curricular activities in the college is very less.there is lots of improvement is required in the extra curricular activities like.. sports, culture, social ect.which is nothing as compared to the fees we are giving

Hostel rooms are good enough for 2 people. The electricity supply is adequate and the water supply too.the quality of the food in the mess should improve.the fees for hostel room is 3000 per month and for mees it is 2000 per month

Eligibility is NEET qualification Application form from college website they release the date and time of admission and for State students it is done along with the state college according to rank they distribute the college

HONEST REVIEW OF AGARTALA GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

We are placed in the hospital during the internship on how good knowledge we have based on giving good treatment to the patients. The salary, in the beginning, is good and as the experience increases, we can even open our clinic or even hospital or work privately too. Placement in many renowned hospitals is quite so easy thought AGMC college and they give much money to work as a doctor. Like private Institute provide freshers 30-40k per month salary and govt are giving little bit low salary per month. But after 1year this salary increase.

Remarks:

As mentioned above, this is the kind of college you should choose with only with the thought of getting a MBBS degree. There's no provision any other way to entertain you. One can play sports in the field which is not at all maintained. Everything apart from Studies and clinics is below standards but that's what you're here for, right.

Remarks:

College is good in studying, clearing the skills in clinics as well as all other extracurricular activities. But as there is a bit less number of cases of patients come to hospital,there is less exposure to all sort of clinical conditions of patients for practicing.

The overall admission process is good cut off marks for TMC during my time was 466 last mark for general category, so there are 100 seats out of which 41 seats are for general category and rest were for sc and ST , difficulty level of neet UG in 2021 was average and high scoring too. Application forms are available in the DME website by the tripura government where candidates can apply for admission. Words by a sensible medico.

The student has to qualify NEET. The cutoff changes every year. For ST in my time the admission ended with 150/180 marks in NEET. Had to apply in state medical council.
