They say we have to get 75 attendance but more than 60+ is enough
So many clubs in every field (25+ clubs)
Teachers are good , not so strict , you can enjoy your life here

Dislikes

They focus on studies more than practical things
All the curriculum are old , 25+ year old

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen IT. So it's over all good. , but college focus on theory more than practical Over all teachers are qualified and good They are still running old curriculum,which is around 25+ year old , they can improve by adding some new world curriculum

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

I am still in first year so I don't know much ,but they provide campus placement , but maximum students focus on off campus placement because campus provide less salary placement , if you are coming here make sure you do your extra things

Fees and Financial Aid

It is private college so , fees is little high around 1.40 lakhs , + hostel 1 lakhs total around 2.5 lakhs a year.. you can apply for scholarship through upscholarship , campus provide opportunities for placement (not so much)

Campus Life

Campus is 28 acres , campus has all facilities like games , clubs around 30 clubs are there , you can get social with other people easily Infrastructure is between good and average, they can renew the bulidings

Admission

Admission process was through aktu counselling Expected cut-off of IT branch was 70k+ - 110k rank Through jee mains exam. Admission process was bit late in 2023 I didn't like that , overall it was smooth.

A Student's Perspective : The Real Galgotias Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Curriculum provides a good understanding of the subject at a moderate level with good clarity. If the student wants to appear for any competitive exam like GATE, he/she had to self-study a little bit more for the advanced part and score decent grades. The concept of Interactive learning is also introduced in our university, where it's the students who have to interact with themselves, perform group discussion, give their answers and views to teachers and the whole class. Teachers often give tasks to students to explain certain topics of the subject to gain a better understanding and build confidence.

Placement Experience:

The average placement for btech cse is 4-5 lpa. Student from 2nd year are eligible for internship opportunity and from 3rd year onwards they are available for placement opportunity as per company norms. Many company visits our campus like tcs, infosys, mahindra, hcl, samsung, microsoft etc... . The highest package till now is of 1CR. About 90-95% is the placement rate. My plan after getting my degree is to get the job and later on go for the Mtech

The Crispy Reality of BBDU Lucknow

Placement Experience:

After 3rd , means in 6th semester students became eligible for placement. Companies lile TCS, INFOSYS, GRAB and many more came into University. The highest package was 10 lakhs and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. About only 40 % student got selected in In-campus placement. I would go in machine learning field and decided to go for research and my dream to in DRDO as a data analyst or in Reasersch.

Bad college for BTech

Placement Experience:

Placements are very bad in our college. Now good tech companies visit here due to bad performance of students in selection rounds. The highest package was 26 lpa(off campus) achieved by a student who cracked GSOC other highest package is around 10-12lpa and average is around 3-4 lpa. Around 60-65% students are placed. I'll look for off campus placements

our college does not provide a good on campus placement,but our students got good placements off campus on the basis of their skiils. from 7th semester students are eligible for placement in our college. 18 companies visited and 102 offers made. highest package was 31 lacs and average package is 8.5 lacs. 30-40% getting placements. my plan is to crack gate exam and got into some other college for my masters.

Admission process consist of many steps-: first you have to apply for UPTAC councelling and have to score a branch in btech in jss noida on basis of your percentile in jee mains. after getting the seat you have to come for admission on the date given by UPTAC and furter steps will be told by college executives like filling of admission form , documents verification etc.. application form will be given at college only, reservation benefits are there - sc, st , obc candidates can get seat at lower percentiles in jee too. improvement in admission process - should have proper facilities for managing crowd during admission ....Read More
