Placement Experience

4.5

The Placements of our college When it comes to placements at my college, it's a mixed bag. Campus placements usually start from the 7th semester, so students have some time to prepare themselves before diving into the job market. As for the companies that visit our campus, we've had some big names like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, along with many other IT and core companies. The number of offers made varies from year to year, but there are usually quite a few opportunities for students to explore. When it comes to the highest and average package, it really depends on the company and the role being offered. For some companies, the highest package can go up to several lakhs per annum, while the average package ranges from a few lakhs to around 10 lakhs per annum. Of course, these numbers can vary, so it's always a good idea to check with the placement cell for the most up-to-date information.

Fees and Financial Aid

When it comes to the fee structure, it's always a good idea to check with the specific college or university you're interested in. They usually have detailed information about tuition fees, hostel fees (if applicable), and any other additional charges. As for scholarships and financial assistance, many institutions offer various options to support students financially. These can include merit-based scholarships, need-based scholarships, and even sports or extracurricular scholarships. It's best to reach out to the college's financial aid office or check their website for specific details on the scholarships available and the application process. In terms of campus employment opportunities, many colleges do provide part-time job opportunities for students. These can range from working at the library or campus bookstore to assisting in research projects or being a teaching assistant. Campus employment can be a great way to earn some extra money while gaining valuable experience.

Campus Life

4.5

The experience I can Absolutely, I'd love to share my overall experience with campus life. Campus life is such an exciting and vibrant part of the college experience. When it comes to the social aspects, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people, make friends, and create lasting memories. Whether it's hanging out in the common areas, attending events, or participating in various club activities, there's always something happening on campus. Now, let's talk about the fun part - festivals! Colleges often have annual and technical festivals that add an extra dose of excitement to campus life. These festivals are usually held at specific times of the year and bring together students from different courses and backgrounds. They showcase various talents, including music, dance, drama, and even technical skills. The exact names and months of these festivals can vary from college to college, so it's best to check with your specific institution for more details.

Hostel Facilities

5

The Hostel Facility Let me give you a quick overview of the hostel facility or my rented accommodation. The room facilities provided are usually quite decent. You can expect a comfortable bed, study table, chair, and storage space for your belongings. Some hostels or rented accommodations may even have attached bathrooms, while others might have shared facilities. When it comes to meals, hostels usually provide a mess or canteen where you can have your meals. The quality of the food can vary from place to place, but in general, it's decent and fulfilling. The menu typically includes a variety of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. It's always nice to have a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. As for the registration process for hostels, it usually involves filling out some forms and providing necessary documents. The affordability of hostels or rented accommodations can vary depending on the location and the amenities provided.

Admission

The EAMCET is the common entrance Test for B. Tech admission in Telangana. It's conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU). To apply, you can find the application form and details in Official EAMCET website. The application Fees and dates are usually mentioned there too. As for the difficulty level, it can vary from year to year, but with proper preparation we can crack good rank in the test. The cutoff for good college is to get secure in top 10 college the rank required is to get under 10000 rank. To get in top 20 college in the telangana required rank is 20000 to 25000. Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
