Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Several specific aspects of the curriculum strongly influenced my decision to choose this course. Firstly, the emphasis on hands-on practical experience appealed to me. The opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios not only enhances understanding but also prepares me for future challenges in the field. Additionally, the course's focus on interdisciplinary learning was compelling. By integrating various disciplines such as economics, technology, and social sciences, I believe I'll gain a holistic understanding of the subject matter, equipping me with versatile skills. The effectiveness of a curriculum in preparing students for real-world applications or further academic pursuits depends on various factors such as the relevance of the material, the teaching methods employed, opportunities for practical experience, and alignment with industry standards.

Placement Experience

4

The placement scenario at my college varies depending on the program and industry demand. If campus placements are not offered, students often focus on enhancing their employability through internships, networking, and skill development. They may engage in career counseling sessions, attend job fairs, and seek guidance from alumni or professionals in their field of interest. Additionally, some students pursue further studies to specialize in their domain or gain a competitive edge. Others explore entrepreneurial opportunities, freelance work, or remote job options. Overall, the emphasis is on proactive career planning, continuous learning, and adapting to the evolving job market to secure rewarding employment post-graduation. The eligibility for campus placements varies depending on the policies of each university or college.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the entrance test student the are able to attend through counseling process. They are able to pay the college fees that mention in the counseling process are 110000 fees suppose to pay. And come to the scholarship TS government are provide the 35% Rembesdment for the BC students and For ST and SC students are eligible for thr full fee rembesdment in such case. During my time on campus, I've taken on various employment roles that have enriched my college experience. Initially, I served as a peer tutor in the Writing Center, where I assisted fellow students in developing their writing skills across different disciplines. My responsibilities included conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions, providing constructive feedback on essays and research papers, and facilitating writing workshops. This position not only honed my communication and interpersonal skills but also deepened my understanding of academic writing conventions.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life varies greatly depending on the institution, but typically it involves a mix of academic pursuits and social activities. Social aspects often include making friends, attending events, and participating in clubs or organizations. Club involvement can range from academic and professional groups to recreational and cultural organizations, offering opportunities for networking and personal development. Infrastructure provided usually includes facilities like libraries, student centers, recreational areas, and residence halls, designed to support student life and enhance the overall campus experience. There is a Tech Fest it is the biggest fest connected by three days can we perform and prove our skills? And also many fests are conducted according to the college timetable and the higher authorities. In this campus, there is much support for sports. With the best experience, PT faculty are provided to participate in all sports compilations

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
