I like the way of teaching of the Faculties

Dislikes

The campus is not that big and same campus for IFIM and JAGSoM
The campus is at 4km from hostel which sometime takes us around 30mins

Course Curriculum Overview

JAGSoM is having a curriculum in which first 2 semesters are general management and from 3rd term students opt of sepecific domain in which they want to go. Followed by this 4th and 5th sem we have career track.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1585000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no increase in tution fees. The complete cost of this course is 1585000. Currently I am in 1st year so no stipend details can be provided. I have not taken any scholarship. Scholarship is being provided by the college.

Campus Life

Overall Campus experience is good, there are various clubs/commitees like- Placecom, Alumni, PR Media, Cultural, Admissions, etc. We have a library in campus and in hostel also. Books are easily available there. In the classroom the lectures are recorded which we can access later on. For fitness we have pep session which helps us to do yoga, gym,sports, running.

Hostel Facilities

We have a double-sharing room with bunk beds, 2 study tables, and a cupboard. There is a Balcony attached to every room. Food is provided by Sodexo. The quality of the food is Okay. This is a residential programme so along with the college registration separate registration is to be don't for a hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 300000 per year

Admission

I have applied through JAGMAT which is an entrance exam of JAGSoM. After clearing JAGMAT, GE was there followed by 2 interviews. JAGMAT happens once in 2 month. Application form can be found on the website of JAGSoM

Interview Experience

Yes, after clearing JAGMAT there was a GD round in which some recent topics were provided. Followed by 2 personal interviews. One with faculty and the other with shoulder batch. In preparation of my GD, I just read recent news.

Good College

Remarks:

The college has good infrastructure and having good management. The college is so neat and clean. The college canteen has clean food that provides to all of us on the campus. Inside the college campus, they also opened a CCD. It’s awesome, and behaviour of teachers with the students are good.

Remarks:

Good MBA college in my city and it's near to me. And it's having good opinions in our city. One of my senior studied there, he told me the lectures are very friendly and placement assistance also good. Good campus, apart from education they will conduct extra curricular activities.

Remarks:

Frankly, if you want to chill or have fun and expect to get an MBA degree, then this is not the college for you • But if you are actually serious about your future and want to learn then college's program will help you • Finally, the only major disadvantage this college has is its infrastructure (Although there is a new much larger and beautiful campus being built in electronic city Bangalore and the inauguration date is 15TH AUGUST 2018)

Remarks:

College is cleaned. Rooms are very airy it would be good if there was an AC. But it is o.k. Campus is cleaned and green. Canteen is so good. They use to make fresh food every day which is the best thing of them so there is no need to worry about stomach ache due to old food. Overall good college.

A Solid Choice for Industry-Ready Graduates.

For two year PGDM programs, there are various eligibility criterias like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and JAGMAT. JAGMAT ia a requirement at the time of selection process. The application form, fees and the dates are provided in the website. JAGMAT is an aptitude test which comprises of 3 sections- 1)English Language proficiency 2) Quantitative aptitude 3) Logical reasoning The total marks is 75 and each section will be of 25 marks. the duration of the test is 90 minutes. Then the next is GE which is the group exercise.
