Entrance Preview

EAMCET was the entrance exams through which I got into this college. Of course, that is not the only way for the admission but is the best and knowledgeful way. I am into ECE, that really doesn't mean that I should not deal with any type of computer stuff, as a matter of fact, there are subjects in ECE also which are meant only for CSE and vise versa. The main reason I chose ECE is it's one of the deepest fields our world has ever known.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The B.tech degree is not a normal degree it needs a lot of effort, hard work and smart work to get an appreciable grade and the college has helped students a lot more through their lessons structure which guides the student through first to the last step of electronics. The electives were no way disturbing to our normal subjects and that gave the student more chance of choosing what he/she needs.

Internships Opportunities

The college doesn't provide internships but provides a mini project facility through which a 70% of internship thing is completed. The college also permits to go for any external internship and provide a letter of agreement.

Placement Experience

4

As far as I heard, the placement is fluctuating with respect to the outer world not assured but with a better talent and soft skill, one can easily get a placement through college. I don't know much of the packages the company offer but it's not the highest and not the lowest too.

College Events

4

As a matter of fact, we don't meet anywhere near the events that are held in most of the renowned institutions. But will enjoy the best because the whole even coordination and team are from the students. The faculty is there to just make a limited line to the student when in events. We have a 2 event per annum along with a bonus of annual day. There is also a technical tour or industrial tour, it doesn't come in the event but considered as one.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a quite phenomenal thing to judge the institution on. As per academic support, lab facility n faculty presence makes the fee structure a "go for it" kind. The fee when I joined was 42k now it has increased. The classes now are being equipped with AC.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a scholarship for the backward castes, through govt, this waives the fee up to INR 35000 and rest the student needs to pay. The loan is accepted, I don't think so we have a loan facility through our college.

Campus Life

4.5

The college environment is quite large in area so are rest colleges too. There is an outdoor sports ground where we have football, cricket, volleyball, kabaddi and basketball ball for now and an indoor sports room for table tennis chess carroms etc. Our college even has a gym for free of cost. Student politics are normal and not suppressive. The gender ratio is good.

Hostel Facilities

3

I have never been a hosteler in our college hostel but visited it a couple of times. It's quite an adaptable environment. I think we need to pay INR 40,000 or more for the hostel per annum. all the hostel rooms are for sharing none is personal. If not the college hostel we have an ample number of hostels around the college which can home quite a lot numbers of students.

Alumni/Alumna

The help from seniors depends on the individual. We have an access to the seniors at lunch and bus time. They were never politic as far as I came across, they were ready to guide and shield me whenever needed. I kept a good relationship with seniors that was the key!

Exam Structure

The exams are chilled for an autonomous institute such as us. The main thing about autonomous is that the syllabus coverage will be taken care. Additionally giving marks or loose invigilation is a rumor. It's all good and healthy environment. Labs are very well furnished and supported with air conditioners. There is an auditorium for every block and a place for all students in every lab. The equipment is always updated, not all the equipment but maybe 2 in 10 will be updated frequently.

Admission

After the EAMCET counselling procedure and norms etc. I came across the college orientation day where all the parents who can accompany the student should visit the college for the meet. After that session we will be asked to take a tour across the college and meet up with teaching staff to know the college start details and the transport and all...
