What Students Say

Likes

Freedom: you can go out and in hostel anytime
Time: since the curriculum is not very hard it leaves you free time to work on yourself
Infrastructure: infra of MDU is really good huge buildings and lush green campus

Dislikes

People: people here are very rude and always ready to fight
Culture: there is no culture in this college, no clubs no fests nothing.
Hostels: hostels are not good in many washrooms taps are not working

I chose CSE as it was the most advanced field of interest. Our curriculum is not hard, which leaves you plenty of time for self improvement. Faculty members will not help you in anything, do not expect anything from them except 2 3 teachers

Placement Experience

Not many companies come to this college. Forget about FAANG. There are placement opportunities of around 4LPA to 10LPA. There is a placement cell which will assist you through placement but do not expect anything from them

Fees and Financial Aid

You will have to pay fees every 6 months which comes around 40 to 50 thausand. Scholarships are provided to children whose family income is <200000. About financial assistance, do not expect any kind of assistance from anyone

Campus Life

If you are coming from a big city like delhi gurgaon faridabad noida. There is no campus life for you as this city does not have a lot of things to offer. If you are coming from districts like jhajjar jind etc you will enjoy campus life. There are no clubs in MDU. infrastructure is good.

Admission

You have to apply through Haryana's councelling, HSTC then if your rank is around 1 lakhs you will get CSE then come to college and reserve your seat. In other branches you will get admission in 4 lakh rank in JEE. There should be an online admission process where student will not need to come for a smoother experience

Placement Experience:

Yes, the campus placements are provided. The students are eligible to do internships after six semester. The highest offered package is about 10,00,000 per annum, and the average package is 5,40,000 per annum. In my batch, all the students are placed. At present, I am doing internship at Honda Car India Limited and want to continue in this company at least for three years.

The placements are decent the CDC department trains students from day 1 to perform well and many companies often come for placements and offer an average package of 5-6lpa for btech students. The highest package so far is 60lpa

Placement Experience:

Here in KR Mangalam University, plcement opportunities start from the 6th semester. Many companies come to the campus for placements like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, and a few startups too. Some students also get internships before placements. The highest package offered was around 36 LPA and the average package is between 7 to 9 LPA. Most students get placed especially those who have good coding and communication skills. The university also helps students for their interviews and written , aptitude tests through training programs such as boot camps and my more ideas. After completing my degree, I plan to either get a job through campus placement or prepare for higher studies like M.Tech or go for government exams depending on situations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure was very good, syllabus contains all the relevant thing you need to know if we one or two subjects. But what they teaches you will not get you a job, you need to do hardwork and it is same for almost all colleges. You can buy some fancy courses and can study from that.

Placement Experience:

Several companies come for the placement purpose which goes with interviews. As college has large strength so obviously its not necessary everyone will get the placement but they still try that no one will be left at least one should stand in 2 or 3 interviews plus my opinion is to also try outside waiting for the placement from college is okay but one should try outside my plans are to complete my course have one or two practice jobs then doing mtech .
