Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to make career in Computer Science Engineering. Ratio of Faculty : Student is 5:70 (5 Teachers and 70 Students) . In 1 Semister there are 3 ISE(i.e Unit Test) and 1 End Sem Exam(Last Exam), It is kindly difficult but if you are Hardworker you can do it.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 109000 per year

Placement Experience

In 3rd Year 2nd Semester student become eligible for Campus Placement. There are No. Of Companies visited in Campus they are Wipro, Infosys, Hcl, tcs,, etc. The offers they made on the basis of Skills if you have less skill you are prone to get between 2 or 4 lakhs else you will get more than 5 lakh but less than 10 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

If You Belongs to Open Category Or Your father Annual Income is More than 8 lakhs then you have to pay Full fees i.e aprox 1 lakh 10 thousand Otherwise you have to pay approx. 65 thousand. And if you belongs to Sc/St/VJNt category you have pay approx. 20 thousand.

Here Annual Fest known as "Atharav" and Tech Fest is Known as "Wtech" The Annual fest is held on Starting of Semester. The Books and Journals Available in the library but not new books are available there. Classroom Provides Benches, BlackBoard with Chalk for teaching, and also Projector Not Available in Every Class

Admission

I had applied this college by giving the MHTCet exam and Jee Mains. Application form can be found on MHTCET Portal. Majorly Seats are reserved For Jain students and also seats are reserved for other candidates too like OBC, Sc/St, etc.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
