In our jammu university campus life are enjoyable, Faculty are quite supportive, new infrastructures are created every year so that larger number of students are studied without any obstacles of space and courses

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Masters in economics becoz economics is the study of how to evaluates alternatives and make better choices. In our campus faculty are well experienced and educated and method of teaching is Top class. Exams are separated in 4 parts and exams are moderate level not so hard.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our Jammu university fees are quite large for me because I belong to a middle-class family. It is approx. 30k total cost to study. I belong to the general category that's why no scholarship was provided for me.

Campus Life

In our university, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is conducted on the 15 of August every year. Library is well maintained with a variety of books and faculty are supportive to each and every students Classrooms are neat and clean and proper hygiene is provided to students smart classrooms are also provided. Sports playgrounds are bigger so that interesting students can easily practice to extracurricular activities. Students create a student Welfare group so that students are presented problems to the head of the group.

Admission

I find the application form in university website easily, fees are quite big for me, eligiblity of my course is graduate from a recognised college or university. Admission process are slow and no scholarship options for general students that a reason why I improved admission process

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered but not upto that level but yeah for toppers there are placements in the campus but for rest of students many companies visit for the purpose but the least number of students get hired. My plan was to prepare for the upsc exams

A Review on University of Kashmir

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid 9279 for 1st and 2nd Semester in 2021 pursuing Masters Degree in Sociology. It included library fees, IT fees, NSS fee and other charges as well. There was no such departmental scholarship for students enrolled there.

Education is the best gift you can receive from your college

First 2 semesters were taken after a year but the rest of the 4 semesters were taken on time. Exams were held in a very peaceful manner and in a very tight schedule. There was no provision for cheating in exams
