Treat you like a children, management is not proper .

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members is somehow good but I must say they are friendly and normal.most of teacher teach you very well but some only give you leason and rush to Complete the syllabus somehow .so dont depend entirely on them .

Placement Experience

From my past information average package is 5 lkh per annum but this year placement rate is not so good.I'm not sure about placement rate.companies like deloitee ,accenture and many more company visit .

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't get any scholarship as I belong to middle family with good income and my father also pay taxes so I didn't get any financial benefit. My fee structure is 1.75 lkh per annum .but they insists you to pay in once .

Campus Life

In my college fest is only happen once in year apart from that 1 tech fest and some annual sport happen in year .fest is for 3 days.For hostel student hosteliers arrange saraswati puja and ganesh chaturthi by themself from contribution.

Hostel Facilities

Girls hostel consist a 4 bed in one room and sometimes its 5 if rush is more then which is little bit compact .Bsthroom is not well maintain. Overall its not worth the money .they Are taking to much Hostel payment

Admission

College is good but its managment is not so perfect .Somehow faculty will be mangeable but I expect that they give u 100 percent .You have to learn by yourself.My college still treat me like school children restrictions in every moment ,and if u are girl and want to enjoy your life then dont take hostel inside the campus by the way their canteen is also not well maintain or gives you proper meal .So think twice before getting admission.

Placement Experience:

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Honest and Genuine review of NIT Rourkela

Placement Experience:

So the students become eligible for placemant usually from the 7th semester of the Btech which is from the 4th year and the internship opportunities are available from the 3rd year onwards that is from 5th and 6th semester. So in year 2024-25 the number of companies that visited The campus is around 330 And the total job offers offered is about 1200. So the highest package in the EC branch is about 1.2 crore per annum and the average package for the EC branch is around 13 to 14 lakhs. And the Profile of jobs are core electronics, VLSI and semiconductor roles ,system and embedded developments, software engineering, IT services, consulting and analytics. The percentage of student which are getting placed are in the range of 90 to 99% for ECE branch. The top recruiters are Apple Google, Microsoft, Amazon, wipro, Deloitte, Tata,Vedanta etc. After completing my degree in ECE from NIT Rourkela my plan is to join the core technology sector as a VLSI and semiconductor engineer in a reputed multinational Companies, leveraging the strong foundation and industrial exposure gained during my studies in case I do not secure a campus placement I aim to pursue the off campus opportunities in electronics, IT or analytics sectors. Alternatively I am open to perceive higher studies in MBA to specialize in the management sector.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

NOT AN IDEAL COLLEGE BUT DEFINITELY DESCENT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

A Balanced Blend of Learning, Growth and Campus Life at CVRGU

I chose C V Raman Global University due to its placement, less fees and modern infrastructure and updated curriculum. Compared to other colleges I apploed to CVRGU offered better labs industry exposure and a more practical learninf approach. I couldn't make it to few government colleges due to cut- off ranks.
