As I want to go into the government sector I choose Civil engineering. In the Civil department, there is a huge shortage of faculty. There is 7 teachers for 59 students. In CGU's civil engineering department, all the teachers are well-qualified. They have their highest degree as Ph.D. degree. Their teaching techniques are well and good. Exams are according to the academic calendar and not very difficult to pass, it's pretty easy.

I did my internship at L&T Ranchi Smart City but unfortunately, I wasn't paid by the company. My role is to supervise the workers on the site. Project - RANCHI SMART CITY I was in a Water treatment plant that is being constructed to filter the wastewater coming from the city and that can be reused by the people for odd works like washing cars, plantations, etc

From 6th semester one can sit in placement exams. Many companies come......TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Dr Reddy, JSW, Gulf Asia, Sobha Developer and many more but the thing is they will hire only few..... Highest- 9 lakh Average package- 360000 80% placed out of 100% Plan is preparing for Govt exams.

There is no fee hike policy in course fees. The fee in which one has taken admission is continued throughout the course. But the fee of the hostel usually increases every year by 20000 and no one is here to stop that. I have got a scholarship from college only. C V Raman Welfare Scholarship in the 1st year and amount is of 50000. And 2,3,4th year from e-kalyan is of 20000-80000. This scholarship is for Jharkhand residents only.

Annual fest- CELEGANCE Tech fest-TECH FEST Many books are available in the library, actually, I never went to the Library. The classroom contains a projector, whiteboard, and smart board in some classes. More than 50% of classrooms are old furnished. Some intervals colleges organize inter and intra-college sports. GDSC, NSS, NCC, Literary Club, Center of Excellence

Bed, table , chair, mattress, almirah, well tiled room Registration process is smooth .......but if you left the college in mid year of your course the college will not provide you any accomodation in the next year. No no I stay in hostel only...

In CGU there is admission through CGET in which I have applied and here admission takes place through OJEE and JEE Main also. If a person wants to avail reservation he/she can avail in the admission process. One can find the admission application in the website of CGU from where you have to fill the application and after that admission process starts through online exam of CGET. A person who has qualified 12th or diploma is eligible for applying in CGU for the Btech program.
