Course Curriculum Overview

Student:faculty ratio is 30:1 All faculties are PhD qualified from recognised institutions and use modernized teaching methods 1 end term and one mid term exam is conducted per semester and the difficulty of the papers are moderate.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 112500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are given from 3rd year for which rigorous training is given. Interviews are conducted for a certain internship. Roles offered are of junior engineering roles and system engineer roles too.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible from sixth semester for placement. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, cognizant,TCS, sap scholar, LTImindtree and Amazon come to our college. Rigorous development is being done.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total cost comes down to 14 lakhs for years including hostel fees for B.tech Many scholarship opportunities are provided government as well as private and timely information is given regarding them from the student welfare office.

Campus Life

One cultural ,food and tech fest is held every year as well as internal hackathons. Sports facilities as well as gym facilities are also there. There are many clubs in which students can take part some of which. include drama, music,dance,literary and coding clubs.

Hostel Facilities

A bed, almirah, book shelf ,study table and chair is provided to every student. Food quality is decent . Registration for hostel is done at the time of admission. Fees is quite affordable that is 90,000 rupees per annum.

Eligibility 12th from recognised board or university Own entrance exam CGET and jee mains too Certain perks given to obc or sc/st candidates. The JEE mains counselling seats should be more than the CGET ones according to my opinion

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

A Balanced Blend of Learning, Growth and Campus Life at CVRGU

I chose C V Raman Global University due to its placement, less fees and modern infrastructure and updated curriculum. Compared to other colleges I apploed to CVRGU offered better labs industry exposure and a more practical learninf approach. I couldn't make it to few government colleges due to cut- off ranks.
