Faculty members are supportive. Good classroom
Good infrastructure, lab , teachers, hods.
Hostel facilities are also good but price is high.

Dislikes

Langauge barrier every people talk in odia
Food is not so good in the mess. Some faculty are not good.
Very high no. Of students. Tough competition.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose b. Tech cse i was so much interested in computer but some how I failed to qualify the jee mains then I took admission in c. V. Raman. The faculty was good but the student are very high the competition is very tough and also the couse is very difficult.

Internships Opportunities

There are so many internship opportunities available in our college. If you have skills then you will get internship in a good companies or good colleges like IIT also. This year from our college a senior from third year got intern in IIT Bombay.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fees for 4 years is 9 lakh and the hostel fees per year including foods is 1 lakh per year . So many scholarship opportunities are there .always a mail is provided to us whenever there is scholarship opportunity. But the placements opportunity are decresed last year .

Campus Life

There are so many cultural activities and fest held every year. The most famous fest is celegance held in the month of march every year. Then there is intra branch competition in football, cricket ,volleyball basketball. Many clubs are also.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities is good. Meal quality is not so good. We have to first make the payment of hostel fees. 2 days earlier we have to go and take our rooms. An almirah a bed and a study table with chair is provided.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

College dunia had helped me to find the application form for the entrance test and then I got the final allotment . I got a call from college dunia he had given me all the detail about tha college then the process and then I took a step forward and taken the admission.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

I would rate five out of five about the curriculum of the giet university because it is more updated in comparison of other universities of odisha. The exams are taken in the gap of one and a half month. There is no need to update the curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this university is updated and they conduct regularly test. The timing for 2 cycle tests is about one and a half month and the semester exam is conducted after 2nd cycle test. The level of exam is quite good and anyone can secure Good marks if they try hard

Placements are good here, I don't know much about it because right now I'm in first year only. But according to seniors the placement training starts from 3rd or 2nd year as compared to the course duration and even they have on campus and off campus placement also and the avg placement in of 4 lac.

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

Placement Experience:

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.

I chose C V Raman Global University due to its placement, less fees and modern infrastructure and updated curriculum.
