The campus are kept clean and parking of vehicles are kept under surveillance

Once you entered the gate of the college you can't step out of it
Males are not allowed even if your parents or siblings comes on working hours
Attendance comes at 85% and medical leaves are not acceptable

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed this course because I have more interesting related facts about animals and also I like science very much.The student ratio was average. The teaching methods was extremely high and knowledgeable.The exams were quite little hard as they cover total syllabus

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is little bit high as comparing to other colleges. But also they are providing management scholarship for a person in per department considering by their academics .Financial assistance very high.There is no campus interview

Campus Life

Campus life is hard to survive because of attendance. They are only two big conducted events on month of September and February. Physical activity are compulsory for 1 years and club activities and other extension activity are compulsory for 2 years.And mainly in the event only girls are allowes

Admission

I didn't take any entrance exams.The application process and selection was done through the board exams and percentage. Applications forms are found in college website.The admissions are basically done through the grades and percentage not by their curricular activities

They have a large lab for my course which influenced me to choose this course The curriculum in my college has ncc ,nss, and extracurricular activities that prepare students for real-world application of my course and they prepare students for discipline and loyalty and good people and our college is very strict in Chennai surroundings They can improve their teaching methods by teaching every day improving technology in the course with my class subjects The frequency of the exam is six months once and duration for one semester is 1 month and the duration of the exam is 3 hours

Course Curriculum Overview:

Geography has always been something that has fascinated me as a person. And MCC offering a science degree for the subject was quite a surprise. Many of the colleges offer it as an arts degree. Just that the practical aspect of Geography comes into life and being a science degree it becomes easier for pursuing masters.

The Best experience in vellalar college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course offers a many placements and mathematical knowledge. The faculty are awesome and their communication to students are excellent. The minimum qualification of the faculty is upto M.Phil.They are must finished M.Phil. The HOD are completed Ph.d. The syllabus was too easy to understand and the exam will be conducted by semester wise that is 6 month once the exam will be conducted. Its very easy to clear exams.

Remarks:

Very good ambience in the college campus. Situated in a very good area. Which is not far from big towns or not in a remote area. The only negative is the climate change in this city. There is always a change in climate in this city

I had applied for Bsc Psychology in Women's Christian college, Stella Maris, Madras school of social work and Presidency college.I got into all the colleges i had applied for but WCC was the first to relase its admission reults plus WCC is popular for Psychology in Chennai. so when i got in i Joined immediately. I didn't opt for Stella because it was strict about the dress code even when went for provisional admission process. Madras School for social work and presidency came in very late and by then i had already got adapted to WCC so i did not join MSSW or Presidency. so for all these colleges, I had to submit my application form with my 12th mark sheet and other documents, there was no entrance test or interview. overall the admission process was completely online so it was hassle free. after the application is accepted, the students have to go to the college for document verfication within the given time slot and following that the staff will give information about when college starts and all....Read More

Women of WCC

I applied to Madras Christian College and Mount Carmel, Bangalore. And I got admission in both of them. But WCC had already opened by the time and I really liked the atmosphere of the college and its faculties. So I chose to stay. The admission process for WCC is completely online. The admission is purely merit based. There are no cutoffs but higher marks are preferred. (12 Standars marks) . There are no exams for UG admission. My experience at Women's Christian College

I had applied at Madras School of Social Work for Bachelors in Psychology and also at Women's Christian College for Bachelor's in Computer Science. I opted out of the Psychology course since it was my second choice if incase, Information Technology did not work out. For the Computer Science course, I did not get it because I missed the mark cut off for that course.
