I can share insights into the hostel facilities at MDI Murshidabad. The institute has two boys' hostels, Eklavya and Siraj, and one girls' hostel, Bhagirathi. The hostel rooms come in single and double occupancy, with attached bathrooms for double occupancy. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool, chess, badminton, football, volleyball courts, cricket court, pool table, TT table, common rooms, and a gym. The meal quality in the hostel is noteworthy, and the diverse menu caters to various preferences. Comparatively, the hostel amenities and food quality stand out positively based on my experience with other hostels.
