Remarks

Its a happy go lucky college. Overall a noce experience being here till date. Canteen is " just fine". Proper guidance are made available to the students.

Entrance Preview

Joint entrance was the entrance exam which i had to appear for. I didn't score good but being under a reserved category made me eligible to get into this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty good. The College undertakes serveral imitation for the enhancement of our understanding capabilities. Focuses more on practical learning.

Internships Opportunities

No internships opportunities are provided to the students. The college is planning to have it in thennwxt coming years but for now there are 0% opportunities for placements.

Placement Experience

Only 30-40% placement are made in electrical, IT and Biomedical departments. there are no placements for other field. Overall poor in terms of offering placements to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being under reserved category i had to pay just ₹12,000 for a year where as the fee structure for the general category student is around 98,000 for a year which is quite expensive.

Campus Life

Sports festivals are worth participating but u will have to go through politics of coordinator branches especially in cricket.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel comes with huge fee and adjustments with basic facilities.

Faculty

Faculties are good their streams. They are not well qualified but are very cooperative and friendly in their behaviour. They are not even well experienced but are improving day by day.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.

This college has a very big Alumni network. Because this college is started in 1982. And its highest package is 300000 and its average package is 4.5 lakh. And the graph of placement increases year by year.

READ BEFORE YOU TAKE ADMISSION IN MGM CET NAVI MUMBAI. An Honest Opinion on MGM CET Navi Mumbai.

Compared to the other colleges, MGM CET is well maintained and has premises spreaded over a good amount of land area. Campus is cleaned everyday througout the day. Cleaning vehicles are provided to the cleaning staff, reducing the physical labour on them, which is a really good initiative. I didnt get rejection from other colleges, i chose MGM due to the travelling comfort i get as the college is near my house compared to other colleges. Admission process takes only 2-3hours, All the documents are collected in the center, fees payment is conducted and then ID card generation process starts. The students get their IDs on the admission time itself, so there is no complications during admission....Read More
