Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it was very demanding course and the world is totally running on technology. The teaching staff is also very good and they have much more experiences in teaching fields .The faculty try to solve each and every doubt of the students . The term exams taken were of moderate level . Most of the faculty have done masters in their particular subject .

The college offers various internships. There are various courses which college offer and at the last year the placements starts . Different companies come to our college for interviews and select the students as per the abilities of the students

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is basically depend on the student criteria which caste is student having .The fees structure is different for all categories .For open category the fees is nearly 1.25 L which is comparatively same for all colleges

Campus Life

Talking about the infrastructure about our college is best at every point .The classroom are also very big so that the students can comfortably be able to sit and concentrate on studies . There are many events in our college such as AURORA ,TANTROSTAV , HACKATHON and many more . The college celebrates different days also such as traditional days etc

Admission

Admission process was good as compared to other colleges ,they were guiding the students properly during admission process so taking admission in these college is my best decision I think because the college also affiliated by the Mumbai University

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I chose this college because of the course - AiMl. Not much colleges were offering this branch and also this college had a lower bracket of percentile too.
