Course Curriculum Overview

4

I was fond of tech and CSE was the best option for me. 1:30 faculty: student ratio and personal attention were provided. Post grads or PHDs with modern teaching methods like smartclasses and practical tools. 2 Sub sub-assessment exams and 1 Main exam happen in the entire semester. They are relatively from the course syllabus or even previous year questions and are of medium difficulty.

Internships Opportunities

4

There were various internships at that point like startups or even MNCs were there. Also, students had multiple offers. We were supposed to make final year projects which had tech requirements which we were supposed to submit early like the topic in which we're supposed to work on as per the university guidelines.

Placement Experience

3.5

In final year depends on course. MNCs with multiple offers. Highest 12-15 LPA, Average- 4.5 LPA Passed out and worked as SE. Approximately 60-70% got placed in my batch and are working in various companies across the globe.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is normal. There is a window for scholarships for the reserved candidates and also financial assistance on a merit basis. The fee hike is there sometimes but not that much. No Scholarship was taken. Got multiple offers but landed with an internship in my final year as an SE Intern-backend.

Campus Life

4

There are multiple fests each year which include Engineer's day, another one is Robomania which has both cultural and non-cultural activities even tech activities in all fields like software and hardware. Books are available in all major aspects of the library and even if not, they can be arranged as per the requests. Annual sports day and small sports activities. There were various clubs regarding cultural, non-cultural, and tech.

Admission

At least 55% marks in 12th and given JEE. On the college website, proper info is present regarding the application form, the fee structure brochure, and dates. It also has the required contact info for seperate department persons needed before admission. No Admission was quick but the seat availability and course availability can be improved as that can be updated on the website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
