Reality of GGI Ludhiana

Fees and Financial Aid:

Total tution fees for a year is 89k (44.5k per sem) of B.Tech CSE. But the fees for SC/ST categories students is like 9k per sem for B.Tech CSE. Also there is fees relaxation if you got a good percentage in class 12th but only in the 1st sem.

This College is for those who cannot afford big private Universities

The way examinations are held.Examination are conducted under the strict rules of Punjab Technical.University.So students are not allowed to even turn their geads during exams,which is quite good as it will improve the students' mental behaviour.

College semester exams get postponed at the last minute.The university always postponed one or more exams due to certain reasons at the very last minute.

Fees and Financial Aid:

My experience at this college is average.The Hostel Mess food is not quite good for the North-East students.But the infrastructure and the experience of all the faculty members are all okay.Strict discipline is maintained during the class as well semester exams.You can apply for Ishan-Udoy scholarship in which you will be getting around ?80,000 if selected.The Fee structure for B.Tech students is 49500 for tuition fees and hostel fees will difeer according to the type of room you have chosen.2seater with bathroom cost ?45,000,2seater with common washroom cost ?40,000 and for 3 seater it costs around ?35000.

Total fee structure for the course is 3.5 lakhs including activities charges . No extra charges taken by the students . For St, Sc there is no fee only registration charges applicable for them . Our college is under Punjab technical University so it has ptu fee waiver scheme also . Only for the students eho belongs to punjab .
